Miss you mom! Miss when she yelled at me when I play NFG songs very loud! Till we meet again in heaven! Love you!
Sorry to hear that your mom's gone, man...
Same with my mum dude, all the respect ❣️
My mom showed me NFG and I will never forget her with these bands she left me with to listen too
Sorry for your less.
I understand, my mom went on in August of 2020, a few days before her and my birthday, right before I was going to go visit her......
2023 and I can still feel the emotion of this song.
I fell in love with my husband the summer of 04 to this song and CD. 16 years ago. We were 18. Still together.
Amazing
Happy for you guys!
I'm happy for you guys. My best friend and I bonded over this song fifteen years ago, and I hate him to this day 😂🤣
Wow ❤️
hope i'll do the same, i'm starting to see an old friend after XX years and we're in love with that song
Pop punk bands have always done romantic ballads very very well
For all the punk kids !! Growing up with this song !!
How bout just growing up with NFG? This is 1 out of 100 songs I "grew up" listening to
How is this punk?
@@elbobov13 Easy. Punk is a social construct. Anything can be punk.
@@elbobov13 Well, I'd say NFG can be classified as punk, but this particular album was pop-rock. Not that it's bad though.
I never comment on these videos, but I happened to find an old CD case with New Found Glory on it and I had to smile. My now late best friend and I listened to this all the time with her convertible top down, wind through our hair, laughter, and of course boys!! It's been 13 years since she passed away and every now and then I'll find something that she randomly wrote on, and I love to listen to The Used-Maybe Memories(still on the same CD it was put on), and certain sayings that we had inside jokes for. It makes me happy to hear this song again!
Thats tough xc do you mind sharing the music that was put on that CD? I wanna get more into old 2000's punk and emo songs
Special song for my brother in heaven
Man... I'm sorry to hear that....
I feel your pain man I also lost my brother a couple of years ago when he was just 21 years old 😞 I’m still broken
If you happen to stumble by here, congratulations!
*You do have an excellent taste in music.*
The memories that i went through with this band are just ...................................
Jesse lol
You and me both, kid
It was summer of 04. I was 17 and madly in love with this girl. I never told her and we grew up. I don't know where she is now but this song still hits me hard and I still think about her and that summer. Thank you new found glory for being the anthem of my life
Similar Experience 😢
Hits all of us buddy. Thanks for sharing ♥️
Always hits right in the feels!
I'm 34 for now and all those glory memories come to my mind with this song....I don't wanna nowwwwww
this is that jam that gets me emotional
This is so good but you must hear “Winding Road” or “A Place Called Here” by SLT 🤘🎸🎧🥁🎶
I first listened to this song in 2006 , after me and my then high school sweetheart started dating.
Hearing it now in 2020 at 32 years old, so much time has passed :/
You is same
To listeninng this song
I didn't think the song was that old until i saw him whip out the flip phone 😂
😄😄😄
Still one of the best songs they have done. Very nice indeed
One of my favorite music videos. Interracial couple, great storytelling, and incredible visuals. New Found Glory - I Don't Wanna Know
Thank you, I didin't remember the name of the video, I just searched Interracial couple music video!
2019.. And this song is still amazing
In the midst of the COVID pandemic and it's still awesome
2020... yep, nothings changed
September 2020 and I'm still feeling the same way I did the summer after 2004... I'd just graduated, wind in my hair riding down the roads with my peoples, just happiness and good af music to listen to (ok... Sing to lol... Bc I'm that girl that you wanna ask, "Who sings this song? Oh ok then let them do the singing," lol) 🙌
October 2020, I confirm, no changes.
favorite song by new found glory
The album on vinyl finally last year after 20 years!
Ah, Spring 2004, this song. What a time to be alive :)
One of their BEST, most BEAUTIFUL songs! Here in 2019!
This song has periodically popped in my head for like 15 years and I never knew what it was called or who sang it until now.
About to be 2024 and this song still hits! miss these days
Its been a decade for the very talented Quentin Tarantino..😁👍✌️lmao
5vefngrz omg haha yeah he does somehow looks like him lol
This joke is on literally every NFG video
Great movies and songs
Not really I don’t see it
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who sees this haha
14 years still listening
I remember this perfect girl that I was dating with and everything worked amazing when this song came out. I let her go, I wasn't brave enough to be with a good girl, I thought I didn't deserve her because I never experienced that amazing feeling of being complete before. it's weird but still hurts sometimes to think about what would had been if I had done things as it was meant to be. I still miss her, and I guess I'll miss her for a while..
Andres Ramirez
Hang in there man.
Thank you for this comment. My ex gf left me for the same reason you left your girl. Now I can finally understand her thinking. And that she wasn't alone in those feelings.
Although this isn't my You[Tube] Channel/Account. With that being said, hang in there dude. You're not alone. I think although a minute amount of people nearly half of us have unfortunately experienced that feeling of unworthiness of someone. It's worse when you're at the tender age of 13 when you first experience love. New Found Glory, Lifehouse "You and Me", "Whatever It Takes", Daughter " It's Not Over", & more recently,
Lord Huron "The Night We Met" gets me. Keep your head up man.
If you want her get her. If you think it may be different do what makes your happy fight for happiness. Do everything you can. I wish you luck either way
I can relate bro. I had an amazing woman that loved me for me but I was too distracted and focused on my school and work. At the time I took her for granted.... I didn't know how to love her.... We broke up and she got married. 5 years later without seeing her she comes and visits me and pours her heart out to me. I wish she told me the things 5 years ago and not now. She was telling me how she's not happily married and really misses me. She told me I made her feel some type of way... I want to get back with her now.... But she's married n shit. I'm grown up now and not the kid I was 5 years ago when dating her. Now I really want her and no other girl because she truly loves me... But I messed up.
What a great song. It's the month of May in 2024 and this is still a great song. I want to shout out to all the NFG fans out there, old and new.
Flashbacks of using this as my MySpace song all those years ago - still getting this song popping in and out of my head at night?!?
love the harmonies in this song... so good
In 2023,this song still the best,tq NFG

This music video always made me emotional
I can't wait to be 45 and NFG does a comeback tour....that would be sooo cool1!!!! hahaha!
I had this CD when I was a kid(about 15 I think) I didn't have much friends, so I had good memories of listening to this in my room and sometimes on the go. It reminds me of those times that were simpler and the joy I felt playing this. I have kept telling myself that I would come back and listen to NFG, and now I finally have and I realized how much I miss it. I would give anything to go back to these good times, if even for a day.
I've always interpreted this video to not be about one couple, but instead about the many possible outcomes that could happen upon meeting a new romantic interest. Can end suddenly, end bad, end good, or start as just being friends.
One of my 100 favorites
This is so good but you must hear “Winding Road” or “A Place Called Here” by SLT 🤘🎸🎧🥁🎶
Man I miss the shit out of these days listening to NFG and similar bands with not a care in the world...
2004 was peak high school for me. This song takes me straight back - the glory days of alternative music.
One of my favorite song. New found glory is the very first band that my cousin introduced to me way back when I'm still in elementary school lol. I'm still an emo, and a hardcore fan of punk rocks. Some things never change..
"But you know where I lay my head at night" One of the favorite parts of this song ♥
pure nostalgia :( brings back lots of good memories. shoots me back to my teenage years :)
I remember once I was sick for a week and I heard this song once a day on MTV. The melody just was stuck in my head the entire time but I loved it. I was miserable that time but this song really helped me. Now, it's 2020. I am not sick but a relative is. This song is even helping me now.
I listened to this song when I was 12 and now, 14 years later I finally found it!!! I didnt remember de lyrics, just the rythm, love it so much
Welcome to the show :)
This album still gets played daily at work. Oh the memories.
This is the real nursery rhyme with steroids. Makes my heart remember so much and makes my brain forget. Ohhh
This song makes me cry
You're not alone
The most underrated NFG song, I listened to them for the first few albums, kind of outgrew the sound, along with the band's direction. But its priceless to come back and reminisce the times these songs represented. This specific song was easily my favorite, it captures the essence of young love and the turbulence that goes with the inexperience. "What will happen next, I don't wanna know" perfectly sums it up.
One Spring break many years ago I listened to this the whole time. I went over to my girlfriend's house, and that's when I lost my virginity. Shortly there after I got tickets to go to a Simple Plan and Good Charlotte concert. Those were the best times of my life.
PS: that's what this song reminds me of.
DJ Katio i went good Charlotte simple plan and nfg to it was an amazing show
DJ Katio that is the most emo experience I have read
That’s a rare music video from New Found Glory’s Catalyst. 🤔
R.I.P. Ruby, ours was the best love ever, and i will be with you very soon, i promise. until the last star dies, my heart and soul will always fly with you my love.
and after years... this is still a great song :)
Still My favorite Emo Love Song & Music Video
I discovered this song when I was twelve. My mom randomly gave me the cd one day. I’m missing her today. 💜
Bealtifull song!!!
Years later and still is a powerful song and video.
Forever will be one of their best ballad.🙏🏻
holy crap I searched for this song for 2 HOURS!!! And ALL that came up was “I don’t wanna know” by Mario Williams and “Don’t wanna know” by Maroon 5. 🙄🙄 The ONLY reason I found this song was I typed in “bands like New Found Glory” because I knew it was that genre but I was like “Nah they don’t sing it” then BAM! There she fucking was. God damn.
Hahahahahaha that's funny
What are you smoking dude? Hahahaha.
HAHAHAH THIS IS FUNNY
Welcome :)
2 hours? You are doing it wrong.
I feel like I'm at early 2000's :)
A lot of good memorise show up when i'm listening to this song
This is the song that got me hooked on NFG.
2022 still jamming to NFG
Just turned 30 and this song still makes me feel 15. Simpler times ❤️
I hate this song with a passion. I remember buying the CD and being head over heels for NFG. And just last week I bought this CD for my son since NFG will be his first live concert.. All cool until this song popped on. Forgot about it for 10 years and it came back to hit me hard. Takes me back.
AstoriaEdition Wait, why do you hate it though?
Ben W
Reminds me of the first time I fell in love, and how we tried to drag it on, despite being only friends. Really ruined how I put my trust in people, and how I was too easily ready to jump back in to having him in my life.
He went against his girlfriend to keep me as a friend, but no one knew. The things we did together were things we never did with anyone else, despite both of us now being married to different people. Just remembering how silly I was trying to dress up and wow him, despite him already wowed by who I was. The things we did that left us at a loss for words. And how we both came to a conclusion that being friends wouldn't work, and that leaving each other's lives would be best. I fell in love with my best friend, and for a time, he did with me. And it'll never sit right with me, this song. It came out the same year this all happened, and I found myself not realizing how much I related that first love with this song and our experiences.
+AstoriaEdition deep stuff there. I have a few songs that make me have a similar feeling and bring me back to hard times. NFG has always made me feel really good though. So I have no problem here.
Kaptain Klassic
OH yeah. That's one thing I love about NFG. Heck, it's why I'm a huge fan of certain bands. I want to be able to have every emotion, memory, etc hit when I hear certain songs.
+AstoriaEdition songs are always better when they have sentimental value to you
Pls dont tell me dat im the only one listening to this in 2019. the first time i listened to this song was when i was in elementary school, and now i teach in elementary school! How time flies, and this piece still gives me chill~
Alifa Rachmi nopeeee
Noo
First NFG song, and I am still in love with them many years later😌😌
This is nostalgic for me. Perfect song
Ugh this song puts me in the feels. Love new found glory!
NFG themselves said on a Reddit AMA that they hate this video. I dont get it at all! Yeah, this is definitely a different sound than what they normally put out but it truly is a wonderful piece and I think the video is cool too. Its gotten me through a difficult breakup a few years back!
This song still rocks in 2019 ! Gotta love the good old pop punk rock !
It's interesting remembering hearing this song at 15 and thinking about how I loved it, and now almost ten years later how I love it more because of the additional life memories I hear in the song, how I've really had the experiences the song talks about. I love it.
This is old love
since this song came out, its stuck in my head non stop for 5+ years or more - it just keeps getting better and better each time.

I miss the time when i first listen to this song.. it was such a good feeling and still it is today..
I always imagine singing this song to my wife, as the first part is legit how we met :)
This is a song of my youth! Where have the last 15 years gone. Amazing song still. These were the days.
I'm listening to this in class lmao
Lyrics
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
Your eyes were covered in sunglasses
When they first met mine
I sat there and stared at you
You didn't seem to mind
The awkward ways we meet
First comes heavy breathing
Staring at the ceiling
What will happen next
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I never cared how I dressed before
But I cared that night
Anticipation ran through my bones
And my clothes never fit right
I can't wait 'til we meet again
First comes heavy breathing
Staring at the ceiling
What will happen next
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
Framed pictures start to be put on the walls
Constant visits while I'm out on the road
It's hard to leave sometimes
But you know where I lay my head at night
First comes heavy breathing
Staring at the ceiling
What will happen next
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
Was teenage obsessed and here it is 2020 and I refuse to grow out of it 🖤🖤🖤
