When necessary, I carry a really pretty, quilted rucksack with suede trim, classic style, will last a lifetime, beyond mine. Haha.

Missing a strap for carry on handle pass through
Not happy with the cheap metall zippers, which scratch my MacBook. I've choosen sfbags from Waterfield Designs.
Ah that sucks, I'm sorry to hear it :(On my end I've had no such issue, the metal zippers have always felt strong and resistant.
