I don't get why people say Ruby Woo is neutral! It's SUPER cool toned! swatch it next to an actual neutral red (Like Russian Red) and you'll see

Ruby woo is the only red lipstick I own. I think it is fantastic for the rare occasion that I want to wear red. I am so excited for that swatch video so I can see the rest of these shades on because this is one finish I haven't played with much. Still loving this series!

I have enough empties to get a free lipstick from the Back 2 Mac program, And I am having trouble deciding between three colors: Relentlessly Red, All Fired Up, and Candy Yum-Yum. Originally I was just going to get that bright pink Candy Yum-Yum for Spring, but the Relentlessly Red looks SO beautiful on you that now I am torn!! I am no longer blonde so it would look great with my dark hair. I already have red lipsticks through Mac and Revlon. *Sigh* I may have to sleep on it tonight. I love that plush, velvety finish that the retro mattes have... but I have super textured lips that are notoriously dry. Relentlessly Red looks absolutely beautiful on you. Have you ever tried Besame's lipsticks? Those are my faves -- I just wish they had more color varieties (more pinks)!
I think I spent most of the video staring at the swatches of "all fired up" and "relentlessly red" trying to justify why I bought both when they look oh so similar lol great video Em!

I just recently bought Ruby Woo and Relentlessly Red after watching your red lipsticks video! I really love them both. I admit I was surprised how dry and tuggy they are when applying, but they wear so well I don't mind. On me, I really find I need a lip liner with them just to get a clean edge. Great video Emily!

I bought flat out fabulous because of you and i love that color. Although I have quite dry lips. I don't mind because I love that I don't have to care about my lipstick for hours. I'm still looking for the perfect red for me, and I will definitely buying a retro matte or a matte finish. A glossy red sounds like a nightmare to me
Have you ever tried the matte lipsticks from Shu Uemura? They are AMAZING. They have the same super-matte finish as the Mac ones, but the formula is sooo comfortable, they don't drag at all, not drying, and it just slips on and feels like a cloud... Words can't describe it. Please give it a try if you haven't already!

I have Resslentesly Red and I absolutely love it. Also have Dangerous and I feel the color sooo especial but I dont know why the texture con my pigmented natural lips results semitransparent. How can I apply it con full coverage? Any tip please?

You should add Del Rio to your satin collection if you don't already have it! I was lucky enough to pick it up for free at a recent promo in NZ (free lipstick for national lipstick day), and it's a brownish-red but stunning as a vampy, but not purple, colour!
I think Bowl me Over is the only retro matte that you don't own. It's a rusty brown, I don't own it but it's definitely a pretty colour. LOVED the video Em 💜

I need a buying binge on these retro mattes. I finally bought Ruby Woo and love it so much. It lasts and lasts, and when/if it needs a bit of maintenance I can add a bit of chapstick and redistribute all that pigment. You get a ton of lip color for your money.

This is my favorite formula and I never understood why they haven't made not 1 brownish nude shade in this formula.
I have flat out fabulous and I wore it for my OWN autumn wedding. It is a fantastic color and it stays put! I could kiss my husband all day without it transferring, also during a photoshoot.

Do you know how "all fired up" compares to the NYX lip pencil in "plush red"? 💕
I haven't compared them but from the top of my head I think the NYX liner is a bit more red but if you want to wear them together they should be close enough!
