well done,,,, the best fridge incubator i have seen so fare,,, how was the programming of the Smart relay? am using programmable PLC,,,and i find this to be a tricky part
lol .. keep comin baq to watch this video over n over buh cant put my finger on how u installed ur linear acuaters .. can u pls break tht down for meh?? thanxx
Yes it is fine for it to condensate when the humidity is set at 85% The glass is cooler and I should be used thermo pane glass instead of single pane glass
Very Nice ! I would appreciate all information on the linier actuator and all involved to control the turner. I am just a retired old guy that does not know how to design the system but would appreciate sources, for what is needed and certainly a good description of them (make , Model # etc., ) Any and all help you may off would be greatly appreciated.
here is a link for the linear actuator from Princess Auto www.princessauto.com/en/detail/12v-dc-12-in-stroke-135-lb-linear-actuator/A-p8489098e I had to modify the limit switches for this application
Thank you and yes it was tricky to write the program for the plc smart relay. i think its called ladder programming. This was a new learning curve for me and took days to figure out how to make it run. Here is a vid that may help you that i just found on you tube ua-cam.com/video/Sr30zNam8ac/v-deo.html&feature=channel&list=UL this is for the one that i am using in my incubator.
I think its ovecomplicated especially with wiring and humidity. I like the way you´ve used the actuator.
Good incubtor and very niccce song (abdulla aliraqi)
Awesome ! Were did you get the heating element?
very good Nice Setup
Looks like a ton of work. Good video. Thumbs up!

@findrive ok, thank you for responding!:)
thanks/ for the fast response. u are a legend among men.
love ur channel man .. u have a more indept explanation of this Incubator?? Im planning to build one for my local poultry farm project
Nice incubator I'm planning in making one .
cld u have added an actual humidifier wif that humidistat in this project ??? wah are the pros n cons of that compred to the steam generater ???thanxx
Yes please do an in depth construction video!
musta cost a bit? looks very nice :)
Nice & great job...

@freetazz sorry. i don't know about that type of incubator.
please do a detailed video of construction...
Towards the end of the video I notice moisture condensing on the front panel. Is the humidity okay for this design?
Yes it is fine for it to condensate when the humidity is set at 85%

WHat was your hatch rate?
yes man please upload a video detail so we can all see step by step .
how much did it all cost.
excuse me sir/mam, how can we make a bacteria incubator? is it the same as this one?
wow wow, really nice
85% hatch rate from that bunch all went well
damn dude, where you bored?? Nice Setup!!
I think i may have to make a video on how i built this incubator. if you all think i should do a in depth construction video let me know
please do it

Unless the glass in the door is double insulated it will steam up so bad that you won.'t be able to see thru it.
that type of mesh used??
The mesh used in this rack is galvanized 1/4" hardware cloth I bought from my local TSC Store here in Ontario Canada
I made the heating element out of 309 stainless steel welding wire .035 wire size
the hatch was about 85% to 90% Chickens&Ducks at the same time
all i can say is wow.
@aa13029641able 85% hatch rate from that bunch all went well and yes it it a crazy bator LOL
Go for in depth video please
sir can u send me the schematic diagram of this. tnx in advance!
total was about $700.00 on this one the next one should only be about $400.00
Awesome! Were did you get the heating element?
