This song brought me tears of joy when I would watch the music video. I was a single, pregnant 23-year-old, at the same time that the young girl (in the video) looking at her growing belly, wondering how she will do this, but in the end, life should bring joy and that is what I clung on to. My daughter is 19 years old now and knows of your songs and who you are. Reaching a whole other generation or two now. Cheers, and thank you. It was a song I needed on replay a few times, just to change my mood in some dark times. (Virtual hugs). I like the new one too, "Stop making stupid people famous" It is so catchy my brain won't let it go. lol

I waited 20+ years to see OLP Live and finally got the chance last September (2019). Who knew then that it might be the last concert I ever get to attend. Great way to end though. =)

Como decirle no a un tema que marco a miles de jóvenes de los finales de los 90 e inicios del 2000 con una letra tan profunda que me hace regresar 20 años en mi infancia y ver MTV un canal extranjero en donde se transmitia musica de calidad y como hija tenemos a Daria. Me hubiera encantado saber la razon de escoger esta cancion para el último capitulo de Daria.

This the original singer?... Different voice
Original singer, but very different style than it was back in the 90s. I don't know if it has to do with age, maturity or just the strain that singing the way he used to has put on his voice over the years.
His voice is better now
He'd started singing with less of the high-pitched nasality around when OLP had released their album Gravity, at the advice of Bob Rock. He can still utilize falsetto, but it's somewhat underdeveloped from him not refining it again, so he mostly applies it for soft parts, using chesty vibrato on the old high sections instead. The way he used to do things is fairly imitable, but he doesn't seem to want himself reverting to how he was.
I miss the original guitar player...

What do you mean masks? Two of the three are wearing them. The one not wearing one is the lead singer Raine haha. Literally no singer has been wearing a mask when performing.
