Yesterday I visited the same House, it cost around 1.35 crores. Moreover they are saying it's all sold also it's located 35 kms away from Thiruvanmiyur. Behind the campus they are constructing phase 2 and it can be delivered after 10 months.
Price too high for that area.
So not 60 lakhs but double .

VNCT villas are awesome on the outlook with lot of facilities, but the reality is the quality of the materials they use for construction. They use hollow blocks for construction and low quality wires on the inside. If you want a good quality house, don't go for it. If quality of materials used while constructing your dream house doesn't matter, then you can for it without second thought.
A big mistake these kind of property developers is didn't plant trees around house. This makes atmosphere around house full heat.
