In 140 crores direct tax payer is only 5 crores then how infra structure development possible. Atleast some 75 crores public pay direct tax then development will be more fast than today, for that less flat tax just 10 to 12 percentage in profit then only many will pay tax.

Mr Satya Kumar explained in a easy manner explaining the flaw roll out GST. To my knowledge people the end consumer is the sufferer. Once INC forms a government in centre, first job is to revisit the GST and correct which will relieve the people at large.
Sir. The question is whether it is the proper forum to raise the issue. This issue should have been raised before the state FM who in turn raise before the GST council. The problem is the State FMs in the GST council are not wellversed with tax regime. The teething problems in GST can be solved only if the State FMs are apprised of the same frequently by the indistrialists. This will not happen for obvious reasons. Because if the problems are solved then the central govt cannot be accused about GST issues. So we have to live with the problems until we find an knowledgeable State FMs who is capable of raising the issues before the GST Council.
The meeting probably you have not seen the back round poster it ready Interaction meeting after putting such banner and inviting to people to come and express their grievences The person who presiding over the meeting should have come prepared for answering the issues raised or brought with him/her somebody who is capable of answering without doing that making issue out of it. What is the respect state. FMs get in the GST council . It only monologue mettings. Please. Understand that.

Ultimately gst lands on final consumer and not on hotelier or any other businessman. The government should have consultation with the general public who bear the GST and not with industrialists and business people. These people worry more about the accounting method and refund of gst. I have not seen a single business man including this hotel owner who is prepared to reduce his profit margin for the sake of customers. We the general public are the real sufferers and not these business people. Let us understand that first---sekar
