    I did find the 3rd posture challenging. But I guess trying is better than not doing anything at all right?

      Hi Peace Loving. Utthita Parsvakonasana is a tough pose for everyone, but a very useful asana that should be included in your regular practice. There are ways however, of making it more accessible. Have a look at our two tutorials, one is a general tutorial on the pose: studio.ua-cam.com/users/videosp9doBsdlk8/edit and the other: studio.ua-cam.com/users/videoC2P_JodPl9E/edit although designed for those with stiff shoulders/hips, can usefully be practiced by those who are more supple to enable you to get good alignment in the pose.
