@@Cropak_Napeik Well of course you're going to conquer them but it's more peaceful than going against thé whole HRE. And when you start with the High american technology group, it's not a problem
with reduced cost to move capital you can spend 30-100 admin (which you don't really want to use for developing) for 0-50% dev cost depending on total development
im doing +2 goods produced, zoroastrian in india for the achievement, and i make 200 ducats 1533, max buildings, sitting on 10k with nothing to spend it on, destroying the coalition

I had to stay within the 50 point cap and have basic ideas so watch you beat it would help me get the achievement! But it’s a hassle so I would understand not wanting to
How does '+2.0 Goods produced' work? Does it give every province that flat bonus? So if a province had 0.2 goods produced that would increase its output tenfold?
Something I’ve never seen mentioned about the Burgundian inheritance. If you accept the emperors demands and release the low countries, you can just turn around and reconquest for cores and get very little negative consequences. 🤷🏻♂️ they have no allies or armies and you don’t have any truces or anything, so just right away declare war on them for reconquest. It’s super easy and you don’t need To worry about the emperor demanding because your already have the cores.

@@SgtPepprYou should start with London, Pale, Seeland and your Capital should be in the HRE in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Antwerpen, are good choices) this way you're in the HRE and Austria help you if you are attacked and you utilised your province of Pale to completely destroy Ireland which will be the fondation of your powerbase, then you attack scotland and it should be smooth sailing killing England from then on

I did my ideas guy achievement by starting in the andes with high american tech and colonizing my way to gold provinces
One of the best start is in Canada with siberian frontier and the +1 dev in every category, it's a very peaceful way of doing it

Is Livonian Autocracy that good? With your flag I would have expected Sich Rada. Sure it clashes with your Infantry focus a bit, but you get to Raze.
Just realized the real clash is between needing a steppe 1 1 1 province close enough to join the HRE.

Because one is a development cost modifier, and the second is the development cost, these are different bonuses
