Funny thing is I recorded a bunch of these Middle Eastern perfume reviews and never edited or uploaded them. I was even going to take down the reviews I have up now. I assumed people don't care for my content since the videos have been up for awhile with only 20 views. I am wondering now if I should edit and upload the others. They all track the scents across weeks and months. Some of them I initially liked and now don't like as much. Others, like Nebras, I didn't like at first or thought were just okay but now I love them so much. The rest I didn't like in the beginning and still don't like. Haha. Hmmm, you're making me wonder if I should edit and upload them now.
Now that it has been 4+ months since I first bought it, I love it even more. I am finding this to be true with most of my middle eastern fragrances to be honest. They smell so much better after marinating for a few months. :)
I received my Nebras today and I feel the same way you seem to have felt when you first got it: kind of underwhelmed. It's OK, but not great. I get a punch of berries and citrus to start with light cacao and musk all throughout. I've only seen super positive reviews of this fragrance so I'm pleased to see some more realistic reviews as it can't be that all people love it the same. I will let it sit for few weeks and see how it develops. It's about a 6/10 for me right now on day 1.
Yes, let it sit for a bit. It gets deeper and sweeter. I give it a 7 or 8 out of 10 now. I've gotten a ton of other fragrances I love since then so I probably will not get this one again once it's done. But I like it.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who wasn’t really feeling it at first! I don’t think my nebras is fully matured so I’m letting it mature more but you posting this is making me hopeful!
No prob. I actually just went and sniffed it again today (which is an extra week after my last review was recorded) and the smell has changed some more. It's starting to smell sweeter so I think the vanilla portion of the note is starting to form even more. I'm definitely getting a deep berry vanilla chocolate shake smell now. I hope you end up liking the smell in the end. :)
@@I-Can-Faith-Thatyeah I feel like it’s def one of Arab perfumes that rlly need to sit. I can’t wait to finally use it because people keep talking about how it’s a better version of Eilish!
Herbal tea? wow, that is interesting. Ha, this is what I love so much about fragrances. Everyone's body chemistry is different so one scent can present a million different ways.
I love the fact that you came back and showed several times
During the maceration process

I just got mine today! I am getting chocolate and play-doh (which I actually love). Can't wait to smell it in a month!

Would you say that you get more chocolate or vanilla now? @@I-Can-Faith-That
I get deep/rich berries and vanilla with a hint of chocolate.
Let it sit for several months and you will fall in love. I sometimes use it as a topper over cherry.

@I-Can-Faith-That I'm hoping it becomes deeper and sweeter. Then it may become an 8/10. 😊

I really like it but it is super different. I get like a super sweet berry herbal tea with maybe a splash of cream.
