In this video you will find out:
Why does Josh have an Om tattoo?
Why does he speak Hindi?
Did he live in India?
Josh narrates his journey to India. Explains his relationship with his Dadaji and how he learned to speak Hindi.
This Q&A session with Miguel was a lot longer than we imagined it would so we are going to be breaking this video down into daily chunks of questions.
#india #hindi #desi #indianvlogger - Розваги
We did not expect the Q&A session to run as long as it did (we had a ton of questions and we tried to answer them all) So we decided to split it up into bit sized chunks that we will release daily. If your question was not answered in the video it will probably be in the next videos. The first question here was a big one so it took more time to answer. Hope you all enjoy the story 🙏🏼❤
Bro !! What a story and what a storyteller you are ....i literally felt like i was there in that space when you told the story and goosebumps maann what a wonderful and lovely story you have it can be made into a. Movie ....you can try in bollywood. Also they have many english and american actors for the roles of foreigners in movies 😂😂😂😂😂 P.S : i am serious
That’s okay. I liked it even though it was long. Story is really interesting. Nice to hear that. 😊
@@dr.akshitkapoor9091 I would 100% be open to that. I used to do stage theater a lot in my past. Even if I made a cameo in a bollywood movie it would be a dream come true haha. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤❤
@@snehakarnick3804 Thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch the video. I appreciate your kind words too ❤❤

Congratulations for having such a beautiful relationship with your Dadu
He is one of the most important people in my life and always will be. He is such a big reason that I am the person I am today. ❤️
I had a similar experience encountering a German girl in ISKCON, Bhubaneswar. After the evening aarti, I noticed a young woman sitting alone on the temple stairs. When she learned I was from India, she started talking to me about her journey. She mentioned how she first came to India after watching a random UA-cam video about Varanasi. She expressed a deep belief in having a past life connection with India and shared her experiences of visiting Varanasi, sitting on the ghats, and feeling a profound sense of bliss. It's fascinating how certain places can evoke such strong spiritual connections across cultures and backgrounds.
Absolutely. Finding that in the world is such a beautiful thing. It also helps that India is such a magical place too and in my belief the origin of it all.

Josh will surely teach hime some Hindi....🙏🙏🙏🙏

I've been silently lurking on your videos for a few weeks now but I feel like I must say this. Reaction channels are a dime a dozen these days, but it is the sincerity I see that sets yours apart from everyone else's. I've truly been enjoying watching you explore some of these titles that honestly no one else is exploring. The fact that your choices have been so unique in itself gives away that your videos are made out of genuine interest and love, as opposed to trying to cater to the market. So I'm excited to see what else you get up to on this channel!
Coming to this video though... what an incredibly heartwarming and wholesome story, Josh! Thank you so much for sharing it. Connections formed through the heart transcends the limitations of langauge and the bond formed between you and your dadu is a beautiful example of that. I wish both of you loads of happiness and good health in life. Have a nice day!
Wow, thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful comment. I am glad you have been enjoying the videos. This type of video is really new for me but people seem to also enjoy it as well so I will continue releasing not only the rest of the Q&A but other vlog type videos as well. Again, I really appreciate your kind words and so glad to have you with us. ❤️🙏🏼😊
I guess you are more Indian than many Indians completing char dham yatra is a big thing
I still have a few left to visit but I plan on crossing them all off my list soon. ❤️🙏🏼
So your father was a diplomat. Glad to know that You are alumni of AES. My son also finished his high school from AES last year. He is in US right now for University.
Yes, I loved AES. It is a very nice school. (fun fact even Uma Therman went there for school) Cool to hear about your son, what is he studying?
@@ChaatNChat we r also diplomats so we also keep moving. He is studying computer science. I will share this video with him.
Very neat to meet another diplomat family 🙏🏼 It can be really tough as a kid growing up like that, moving a lot, but in the end looking back on all of it I realize how fortunate I was to be able to learn about so many different cultures and people. Without that opportunity from my dad's work I would be a completely different person today.
no way dude, dal makhni is my fav as well. every wedding i attend, i only ever eat dal makhni and naan, nothing else 😂
It really is such a comfort food for me. Not only does it taste amazing but the memories that come with it are so happy too. It will always be my favourite 😊 glad someone else thinks the same 😃
This almost feels like a movie 🥺, this bonding is rare, I've never heard anything like this, i have teary eyes ❤ you have such an innocent soul 🕉️
Thank you so much for following along with us. We answer a lot more questions in the next part (as soon as I am done editing it I will upload) 😊❤️🙏🏼
inspiring story bro 😭😭 👉❤❤❤❤❤ from india.

Thank you so much for taking the time to hear the story. We have another segment coming out tomorrow so keep an eye out for it 😊❤️🙏🏼
Ever since i started watching your videos i thought mr Miguel was your dad... previously i even commented on one of your videos that i love your dad's reaction a lot...
Anyways i love watching your videos...love from kolkata, India❤..if you visit india then pls do visit kolkata.
In the next episode we go over all of that but no, Mr. Sanchez is not my dad. At the start of Miguel appearing in my videos I was correcting a lot of comments but there were so many that just assumed he was my dad that I gave up. 😅 We go into detail about how I met him in the next video that I am editing now.

It really does feel that way to me too. I have not been back for 4 years now and I can feel it in my heart 😓

Honestly, such experiences are so valuable. Knowing so many cultures and getting a glimpse into how locals live - I think it really positively affects an individual. Especially these days, where misinformation, stereotypes and casual racism is so common - these experiences really shape someone to become a better and more mature individual and also make them far more adaptable and confident.
I am glad that you know many things about India and Indian culture, and today I got to know about your Indian connection.... I always like your videos..... Keep it up....👍

I think it is because I believe our souls are not just connected in the physical body but rather spiritually. So he and I believe our two souls have had a long history together. In what form? I don't know but it was surely something strong. Sorry if I am getting too sappy or religious here but I just wanted to share about me since there has been a lot of questions. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and comment on these videos. I do plan on watching that movie some day soon. Jai Kedarnath ! 🙏🏼❤️❤️

How many years did you spend in India?
Why did you leave India, or are you on vacation or something?
Did you travel all over India?
Are there any misconceptions about India or Indian culture that you encountered while living there that you'd like to address?
How do you think your time living in India has influenced or changed you as a person?
How did you adapt to the cultural differences between the United States and India?
What aspects of Indian culture or traditions do you miss the most now that you're back in the United States?
How did you handle transportation in India? Did you primarily use public transportation, drive yourself, or rely on other means? I live in Mumbai, traffic is just sick here... Bike is the best option for me. गली गली से bike निकल जाती hai.
A lot of your questions will be answered in the next video or so but I will answer one here that I am not sure I covered in the videos that are coming.
What aspects of Indian culture or traditions do you miss the most now that you're back in the United States?
I miss our routine of going to the temple every morning to start the day. There was a mandir just down the street and first thing (after drinking our chai) we would head over there as the sun comes up. It was such a refreshing way to start the day. I loved the feeling of the cold marble on my feet and the sounds and smells of the temple. Unfortunately there isn't a mandir like that in my area that I currently live.
How did you handle transportation in India?
I rode on the back of my Dadu's scooter normally. I was always too nervous to drive myself. If he wasn't going somewhere with me I would get a rikshaw or a taxi and go. That is what I miss the most about living in New Delhi : there was always a cab or rikshaw nearby 😊😄
@@ChaatNChat I agree, visiting a temple in the morning is the best way to start a day. Scooter😃 yes dadaji लोगों ka favorite vehicle.
Yup, 🤣🤣 When he visited be here he asked why I didn't have one. He asked if we could go rent one for the time he was visiting. He was surprised not many people ride bikes here. 99% cars and trucks
Lot of foreigners can speak lil bit Hindi but what I was blown away was u can read it too 😳
Yes, I will explain even more about my Hindi skills in another video where I talk about the reason I learned to read and write 😊 I should have another part of the Q&A tomorrow.
looking forward to it@@ChaatNChat

That was a nice story Josh bhai. Thanks for sharing. PS I also ate dal makhani day and night for first 19 years of my life. I wouldn't eat anything else. Everyday there was only one thing would cook in our house and my relatives if I am visiting. But I am at the point I don't like it as much anymore lol.
hahah lol.... Yeah, I suppose that would happen if you eat too much of something you will get bored of it. It is a special treat now whenever I go back to visit my family. Chachi ji always cooks it for the first meal after I arrive. No one makes it like home cooking. So when I go out to eat it is never as good.
