Cool combos. What’s Order Sol pressure looks like and how often should an OSol player charge keep in the pressure

first of all thanks for the comment. Order-Sol's pressure is very free form (even for +R standards), some good players dont use Charge Keep that much. Usually what people do is stagger pressure because of all the + frames you get from CC'ing normals, as well as 2P, 5P and 6P being naturally + on block. 5H/ airthrow to catch jumps, throw in a BRP or 2H (RC) to catch your opponent with an overhead, or tick throw them. use frame traps like 5K > 5K or 2S > Charge Keep Rock It is what i would recommend.
even better HOS ive seen like KingNothing use BHB1 (Charge Keep or not) AC 6FRC6 to reset pressure very easily and build guard bar but this is pretty hard to do so i do that with BHB2 instead (also catches jumps).
about Charge Keep, i wouldnt recommend focusing into it too much at first, only use it for like, wake-up SVs and Gunblaze, or to do recharge combos maybe. CK Rock It is a pretty good frame trap and pressure reset (+3 on block) so thats the most useful in pressure, the other ones are more niche and you wont really need them at a low-intermediate level.
