Love these type of comparison's, it gives good incite. I have to think the tester's physical condition has some influence on the outcome. In the shape I'm in, (old man with not the best endurance)... The first board I text would have some advantage over the last... The last board will always seem harder to get on foil as my strength got less. The more physically demanding a test, the more this rule seems true. Never the less I still find value in this test and thanks for doing it.
You looked more comfortable in the air on the Duotone and you mentioned as much - what do you put it down to? Less weight, shorter or foil box in better position?
Thanks for the comparison. I am currently learning SUPF on the Cruzader 7'6". Next you need to do a UA-cam for your Orthopaedic Surgeon. Enjoy your Real World videos, keep up with the Physio!
Thanks..... This is my 2nd shoulder reco right then left , so I let pain guide me .I pushed my recovery very hard and that's what got me back in the water early. My physio told me to stop everything I'm going too hard , so I only saw him once and stopped seeing him. I was back prone paddling in 9.5 weeks , towing at 11 weeks and winging at 12 & now paddling . Bicep tendon reattached , 3/4 tear supraspinatus , AC removed and bone shaved around bursa.

Yes no doubt I was pretty stuffed by the end and for the record I’m in the old guys club just turned 60 last week 💪😂😂
Great review. Would like to see a light wind wing comparison of them next

Here’s the Duotone & Gong wing videos
So size matters… at 91kg, I’m going 8’8”x26”x151 L.
My 7’10”x21” 127 liters didn’t cut it.

Yes less weight , touch shorter & boxes further forward .
Duoton is very fragile board. The manufacturer himself spoke about it@@Piros181
