I think her UA-cam channel is WAY more potential, as she had established a stable number of 1,000 subscribers which will always grow after that and also her latest videos have always reached MORE than 100,000 views, while in Instagram you just need much less effort to be able to get much, while in UA-cam, you need much more to gain subscribers.
