I don't usually comment, but if you're trying to wean the twins off of milk before bed, try diluting the milk with water and gradually work your way down to where it is eventually just water!! Just a thought!
Love that Marci gets to take some time off. The other day when I watched the video where she was just almost in tears about how sick the boys were and she just didn’t know what to do and she wasn’t at home. My heart went out to her. So I hope she has a wonderful time. But then again, Marcy has a wonderful husband and he’s just a sweetest young man you could see and a good daddy too. Can’t beat that.

It's called Parenting. Sadly, it's the misogynistic "Good ol' boys" attitude of days gone by that the woman's place was in the home raising their children. There was that adage "keep 'em barefoot and pregnant back even 50 so years ago woman had zero rights and literally "slaved away" with household chores everyday..
I am amazed how high energy you all are. Even Goose. LOL At my age I would not last three hours with the boys. Maverick did great with prayer. I pray Marci will have a wonderful day with her sister. My sister passed away two years ago and I miss her terribly. We loved to go to antique shops and yard sells. Family is so important and for years I made sure we were all kept in contact with one another. Thank you for making us part of your lives. It means a lot to me. Parents could learn a lot from your videos in how to make a family work. I pray God will keep and protect you from the evil goings on in the world. 🙏✝

Recalling years back when pregnant daughter in law had her grand caravan stop working in expressway winter traffic. Fortunately, a lady with a cell phone stopped and let her call for assistance. Son got her a cell phone. Then, at Christmas got his momma a phone, too. Get her that better car. It is what a good man does.

Your yard looks good on either side of the walk. For thistles and sticker plants, we have put salt in the center of the plant. It draws the moisture out of the plant and kills it. But too much salt isnt good for the soil.

If you keep the grass mowed not allowing the crab grass and sticker to seed the good grass will have a chance to fill in and eliminate the unwanted stuff. I keep mine mowed short and I spray it with weed n feed and it really helps. Here in South Florida it's a battle to keep unwanted weeds ect.out of the lawns.

Where I live, not sure about their crabgrass is a seasonal grass that dies off in the fall and comes back the next year from the seeds it put out the year before, not the plant so the best way to get it gone is to pull it when real small before it goes to seed.
Glad Marci had a break, even though for a short time. Mothers need a break away from children. It’s hard work. I know all my muscle are sore after minding our grand daughter for a day more than farm work does. Plus your brain is operating on a higher alert constantly.
Crandall, always rinse your rice before you cook it. It is dirty and has bugs in it. You can't see it but, trust me, its' that. Putting it in the freezer one you get buy it for 24 hours will kill the bugs. Rinse it well.

I too had 3 boys. Watching you wrangle with them filled my heart. My hubby was in the na:vy and was mostly gone. When he came home it was a boy love fest for hours, it was just like yall. So many memories popping up..
I love the way men parent when mom’s away. Most of the rules go out the window. Supper looked good but what about the vegetables (or fruit). I hope Marci comes home to a clean house😜. I wish I could have been like my husband with the kids but our brains don’t work the same . Maybe that’s a good thing because the man way may eventually lead to total chaos.😅
It’s good to see you play with the boys and roughhouse but right before bed isn’t a good time to do that as you get them too worked up. Some milk at their age is a good thing for them to still have actually Crandall , it’s got lots of calcium for their teeth and bones and if they will go off and settle better I would still be doing it instead of them fussing and getting over tired then not sleeping for hours.😊
Nice to see Marcie get away. Here’s my experience putting my son to bed with a milk bottle. The milk sat on his teeth all night, night after night, ate the enamel off his 4 front teeth, they rotted and had to be pulled. Did not make that mistake with son #2! My daughter had 5 boys. I live in Oregon. She lived in Florida. I sent each of her boys a pkg of 50 hot wheels type cars for Christmas one year. She wasn’t too happy with me. 🤷♀️🤣🤣
Don’t drive the car that is low on oil to go pick up oil. If you don’t have oil at home to add, take a different vehicle to pick up oil. Damage can happen to your engine even one mile too far if conditions are already iffy.
He’s probably a oilfield worker,My son works in the oilfields and they are gone along time on site and they are only home like 9 days then off again it’s awful!!😅
I could never leave my kids overnight. I'm not sure if it was OCD, helicopter parenting or just didn't trust anyone else with my babies. I'm getting my alone time now.
When the picture window was being installed at my parents house the guy doing the job put too much spray foam insulation along the bottom and as it expanded you could see the wood bow. Not good. He sliced out layers of insulation to try to get it 180° perfectly.

Spot treat the weeds with Glyphosate (Roundup) pulling just doesn't work because the root rhizomes break off and propagate into new plants

We got rid of our stickers by using 13-13-13 fertilizer and the Bermuda grass chokes them out.
