- Welcome to the first day in the Stillness Series! Today, we meditate to surrender our troubles to God and adopt a sense of calmness, relaxation, and stillness. This guided meditation focuses on Psalm 46:10. "Be still and know that I am God."

Please pray for me I'm struggling with my emotional control and am having mental breakdowns. I'm even struggling with doubts in God like yes I will always belive in the existence in one, but I just need help prayers and kindness. Thank you!
When you feel like those mental breakdowns are going to happen say Jesus Name 3 times it might seem silly but it’s not that Name has power. And I’ll be praying and just as we can believe what we’re feeling we can believe in the God that created us just ask Him to show you and He will. He loves you dearly.
I am sorry for your stuggles...I want you to know you are not alone search your heart and you will find GOD with peace.🙏

Dear brothers and sisters, please pray for me. My beautiful 22 year daughter newly diagnosed with a cruel debilitating illness. I am experiencing a mental breakdown and uncontrollable anxiety attacks. I need God's healing and wisdom to save my baby!

Please pray for me I’m dealing with my fear of vomiting and being alone. I have been struggling with this for my hole life. I used to have anxiety attacks about vomiting. My fears really scare me I always think about that my parents are going to leave me alone at night when I go to sleep. Same with vomiting last year I threw up at night so I’m scared of nights now if I get bloated that’s the first thing I think about or if my stomach hurts too. Wow you are not alone in this. I’m feeling these emotions right now. The verse I’m clinging to is Isaiah 41:20
“So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand”
God will deliver us from this fear, our chains have been broken. We may be alone sometimes in this life, but God will never leave us. His spirit is in us ❤

I cannot get past the fake sing song cadence. It was distracting. You were given a voice. Use it. This strange rhythm was neither peaceful nor engaging. Record the meditation again but speak as if you are actually talking to a human being. Good luck.
