Good to see the boss looking healthy.
Considering that he has to go and watch United play every week.
And witnessing Liverpool going for the quad...lol
@@afoondun4986 Liverpool ain’t getting no quad loool
@@greedy381 sure he’s alright, he owned Liverpool when he was at the helm. Only my arsenal and chelsea could compete with his united. Oh and city near the end and Blackburn In a one off.
@@FatTodd living off your history I see 😂 cry.
From a Liverpool supporter, it’s great to see Sir Alex looking so well. Man United have never been the same since he left the club!
Someone’s after brownie points

I get the impression that you hate the guy. Maybe you should get in touch with Vladimir Putin, you seem to have something in common with him.
@@game1414 We can respect Shankly and even have reverence for him without being a Liverpool fan, it's called being a Football fan. From a Manchester United supporter.

This interviewer with his cheeky tricks got his answers and kept his job for another season :)
Sir Alex never had to lower himself for Sky sports punditry wheb he retired. True greatest Premier league manager of all time and will not be repeated in my lifetime
Klopp is the best manager in the world.
alex ferguson left club in bad shape.... some proof he was more in it for himself than the club. ...just my opinion. they should have hired roy keane as manager a long time ago.
@@someguy5826 No he didnt he left a team that won the league by 11 points, not his fault the people who came in werent good enough. Roy Keane lol other than the fact he played for Utd what qualifies him for that job? hasnt even managed succesfully in the Premier League.
Yes and therefore neither will Man Utd’s past domination. A one-man, one-off based period of success. Everyone knew they would fall apart after he goes and boy was it true. As a Liverpool fan, this is like a dream. A theatre of dreams in fact.
@@Tamarlane389 same thing will happen once klopp leaves don't get excited
Fergie looked really pissed at being interrupted from talking to his mates at the start of the video, but the statesman in him took over and he gave a friendly interview, he always knew how to handle the media
Yeah by refusing to even show up for an interview post match when things didn't go his way.... great manager no doubt... but flawed when it comes to class.
@@deannelson1388 I think you need a history lesson. He refused to do interviews post match after the BBC tried to stitch his son up over illicit payments. Would you give your time to a tv organisation after it slanders your family? And besides, if you're looking for examples of class maybe look further than his TV commitments. He once received a letter from a fan that ran a small fan club, based some distance from manchester. She would arrange the travel to games and attended matches for years. Ferguson discovered she had stopped attending and enquired why to which he was told she was too unwell. He personally called her and she told him that she'd need an operation but was on an NHS waiting list. Ferguson paid thousands out of his own pocket for her to get a private operation. This story was only brought up recently by Andy Mitten of the Athletic after Fergie had kept this private (probably along with many other altruistic deeds)
@@WOOOPdoctorFROGhere Look up what Bryan Gunn (former Norwich goalkeeper who began his career at Aberdeen when Ferguson was manager) has to say about Sir Alex Ferguson. Gunn loves the bloke. Ferguson was very supportive of Gunn when his young daughter was terminally ill with leukaemia.
No matter what team you support, this man's greatness cannot be underestimated.
Undoubtedly one of the best managers to have ever have lived for what he did for Aberdeen and Man Utd.
he is the best, never will be another
Hi Vann
Great to see Sir Alex looking lively and enjoying a day out at the races with his mates. From a Liverpool fan 👍👍
I think he can still manage a team... he s lookin great god bless him
United are still rebuilding after Sir Alex and Aresenal are still rebuilding after Arsene Wegner. These two great men significantly helped make the Premier league the global brand it has become today.
there is only one Erik in SAF's mind.... thats rights.. THE KING

Love that he’s still doing the “well done” to the interviewer afterwards, love that he’s looking so well.
He was tryna escape at first 🤣 he was like ffs!!!
I love ferguson and its no surprise utd are struggling to stay at the top since he retired
He knew to get out at the perfect time. Im not saying Fergie wouldve done as abysmally as utd managers after him but he would surely have struggled with the lack of quality around and players attitudes these days.
@@orlandotrustfullandhiscosm4110 moyes has a excuse that nobody was expecting him to succeed and ole did better than we thought he would

Good to hear from the Gaffa ❤️❤️❤️❤️ we will be back

Sir Alex is the godfather of sport it seems.

First time I’ve seen Alex without gum
I knew the reporter was old cause he had good chemistry with them

Good to see sir Alex Ferguson looking well
Sir Alex thought they were referring to EriCantona, not EriK10
I bet a lot of football fans still don’t get it ? How SAF keep made United a winning machine with a lot of decent player through a lot of transition.. Sir Alex truly extraordinary
İ'm Manchester United Fan! ❤⚽️❤🇦🇿
Looking good 👍 to all of you 😘
I'm from a small town in Scotland where Sir Alex played and managed. Will we ever see a manager as great again
Legend
Still sounds like he’s in a two horse race . Even when he’s retired 👌
Love you sir alex
1:54 this when he asks
Great manager...
Respect
Hard to see utd ever replacing him… true legend of the sport
Man Utd spent years in the comparative wilderness when Busby retired. History repeating itself. However, these days it's rare for a manager/head coach to stay at a club for more than a few seasons.
Sir Alex looks great I wonder if hell make a return to old Trafford as Gaffer
Nah! He is too old. Football has moved on from his days and his health would not be great for it.

He wasn’t too keen on that question being thrown into the mix there a bit off guard. You saw a subtle shade of seriousness go across his face, it was a half arsed answer I’m sure he certainly has a much deeper view but wasn’t willing here with racing talk etc
Good to see the football Don Meon
Sir Alex looking healthy for his age. Isn't he almost 80 now?!

Ralf was appointed to weed out the problems and report back to base, not as a long-term manager. 3/4's of that squad will be culled.
And rightly so.

That is so decent of Sir Alex. He didn't have to answer the football questions at a horse race track!! Lol
Had boy sir alex
The world of football and indeed Man Utd is an absolute world away from even 9 years ago (when Fergie retired). One could sense that Fergie wasnt completely engaged by the question posed to him as regards Erik Ten Hag.
I might sound like a grumpy old man but the football of today is not even a shadow of what it was 15+ years ago. I dont know why Sir Alex would continue to be a regular in the Old Trafford audience tbh.
Appearance fees :D
Yup, you certainly do sound like a grumpy old man, but it ain't just football is it, nothing is the same as it was really ... we are regressing at everything ... if this is evolution... i'm out.

Kenny Dalglish is a knight of the realm but when people call him Sir he corrects them by saying, 'it's just Kenny'. He doesn't need sycophants massaging his ego by calling him Sir at every opportunity.
