Lol, you probably don't remember. About 3yrs ago at SBH. I was launching solo in the morn. I must have forgot to clip my retrieval line on the boat. She sailed off the trailer into the harbor. You took me to get my boat. Very embarrassing moment for me. You were very gracious. Thanks again. (last time I did that, always double check since then)
Yep. I do recall. It happens to everyone at sometime in one’s boating career happy to help. Here’s one for you. Back in the late 80s I motoring out to my place in line to start the tournament in the bull shoals invitational. I was passing Hank Parker’s boat and did a double take as he was in the water near his outboard because he forgot to put his plug in. I laughed with him not at him as he’s a class act and proves that it happens to everyone at some point. Stay safe out there!

One thing worth trying. I stumbled upon using a worn out ned. Only had like 1/4 inch of solid material to hook on the jig head. Was wearing them out!. Started doing that with new ones, just hook in like 1/4. I swear it generates strikes. Add more action or something. @@JimHanelyfishing
