It seems like in addition to the vertical being a bit shrunk, it's also kind of shaky. Maybe it's more obvious in the video than IRL, but it looks like the picture is jumping around on the screen between frames
Hey Rob, do you want an iiyama Vision Master Pro 451 A902MT? It's a stunning picture but the flyback I think is on its way out. The picture will start expanding and shrinking. I don't have the expertise to repair it.

What’s crazy is I too have the same tv with no sound . The picture has improved with running, and the same restore had failed. Must be a common issue.
