    These cars look so good
    But the price is best to get them used
    $40 is a little steep

      Yeah it's certainly not cheap

      The nice Porsche Boxtser even used, is way more money. The BMW Z4 and Nissan Z both more money. Obviously Ford Mustang too big and heavy. What else is there in this type of car? The Miata as a base entry level is about $30 and drives the same and looks the same. So get the Base and enjoy.

      It’s worth every penny in my opinion. And with inflation, 40k is not a lot of money nowadays.

      @@YOSHIMOTO_HI_SPEED - Drive the base it’s only about $30k. That’s a good value considering what other roadsters sell for new. As you know a new Boxster is about $80k. That’s a luxury car but it’s not that much more fun on the road than a Miata. The Nissan Z and the BMW Z4 are also much more money that $30k. When you check it out all cars are expensive new. Used Miatas can be had much cheaper too!

      @@markg1531 - As an owner of the 2023 RF GT I agree. I paid close $40 after taxes and fees. But my choices were limited in this class of car. I wanted a new car and this was the best roadster at any price in my opinion. I’ve owned a Porsche Boxster and it’s a great car but I was not confident on trips should it have trouble. The Miata is more reliable and cheaper to repair sand live with if you’re on a budget.

    Some body roll is a good thing, not a bad thing.

    • @BrosFOURRSpeed
      @BrosFOURRSpeed  2 місяці тому

      Yeah it helps keep grip up. The GR86 has much less roll, but you can drift it easier. So just depends on what you want

      @@BlackNAVYAmericanVET - it’s for weekend joy riding and totally not good for daily use. Not as only car…. Unless you’re very young and agile! I’m old… but young at heart and love driving this car. Manual 2023 RF GT in Soul Red

    No need for a Manual to have lots of fun right? It’s all about handling fun and driving fun..

      Depends on the driver. I'd prefer a manual in this car to have more engagement out of it

    • @markg1531
      @markg1531 2 місяці тому +1

      I have chosen the manual. To me it’s much more fun, engaging and it gives you more control over the car.

      @rembo183 2 місяці тому

      @@BrosFOURRSpeed Agreed. That’s what I have and it’s truly a blast and worth the money as long as you have extra cash for a second toy for weekends! 😊. It’s totally ridiculous as a daily. Way too small and impractical and uncomfortable for 90% of drivers.

    • @Gregory-Masovutch
      @Gregory-Masovutch Місяць тому

      We have the 2023 MX5RF manual. One is crazy not to have a 6 speed gearbox with this car. Me and my wife use this car 90% of the time. Who would buy a car just for a weekend?

    • @rembo183
      @rembo183 Місяць тому

      @ I have the same car and love driving it. However, I also like some added comfort and space. So, I got another car for longer drives and space and comfort. I have two cars. My daily driver is a Toyota Camry hybrid. That car is a perfect daily with amazing gas mileage and it’s actually fun to drive. It’s also very spacious. The 2023 Manual RF GT Miata is incredibly fun. These are two totally different cars and I love them both for different reasons. I wouldn’t want to drive the Miata on a long trip because my lovely wife would refuse to accompany me. The Miata is the smallest car I’ve ever driven and there are compromises. It’s very cramped and has virtually no place to put anything. The seats don’t have much adjustment and there’s no room behind you to stretch out. The trunk is extremely small too. On the highway you will not be seen by larger SUV and trucks. 99% of other vehicles will dwarf you. Pray you don’t have an accident. Especially a rear end or t bone. Bottom line it’s a motorcycle on four wheels safest wise. There are no safety ratings from the government or the insurance industry. Check it out I did. This is my third Miata. I daily drive my second one for three years. Enjoy yours!😀

    I always hate it when reviewers rive a cold engine. Either ignorance or just no respect
    4 the car. Please someone tell people not 2
    tive up a cold engine on any car.when someone does this they instantly lose my respect.

      When did I do that? Car was fully warmed up, I never rev a cold engine…that’s what editing is for. I can review the car, rev it once I’m done and then put the clip in the video where I need it to go…
