This was a really good episode that reflects a lot upon the contestants and MePhone4. As even though MePhone4 doesn't want season 3 to come to end, all things have got to come to an end eventually and just replacing what makes it special with soulless machinery takes away from how a show can have amazing people brought together with different views at the start and change towards the end in the best way possible with their interactions. But thank you AnimationEpic crew for another awesome episode of Invitational along with a couple of cameos.
Just finished watching the episode! Can I just say that it was absolutely awesome? The cameos, the jokes, everything! I won’t lie, I actually screamed at some parts. Can’t wait for the finale!
When I first discovered inanimate insanity, I thought that an episode per month was too long of a wait. But now I realise the amount of quality and jokes that are put into this is unmatched by anything else I can think of. The fact a team can do this in the time frame of a month is astonishing. Quality over quantity.
in another show I watch, its normal to wait around 3-4 months for an episode, and for the finale it took 8 months! and even in inanimate insanity, I started watching when ep 12 was the latest episode, and it usually took around 3 months for an episode. so when they started uploading episodes every month from ep 15 onwards, I thought "do these animators and writers get any free time at all??" but the episodes are still top-notch :)
The return of Springy is on the horizon and also this episode was amazing, I loved how it made fun of ai generated art and how hilarious the scenarios they came up with was. Christmas being cancelled caught me so off guard 😂

It was a giant message against AI generated art and it was so obvious and blatant that I can’t find any sort of enjoyment out of this episode. The jokes were very weak and didn’t land, all of the jokes were either meta jokes about AI generated stuff, or really cringey self-deprecating jokes, such as Balloon’s “social game”. It was not funny, it was very plodding and boring, parts of it were very cringeworthy (Not even in the silly random cringeworthy like some other “bad object shows” would be where you can poke fun of it), there was no sort of interesting character development either. The episode was just a compilation of cut-away gags and to be a PSA against AI generated content. I could imagine myself coming back to rewatch many of the episodes of II, even some from the first season. But holy moly, this entire episode was not unpleasant to watch. I would actually rather watch an episode of Object Terror over this, and I’m actually shocked that the creators of INANIMATE INSANITY came together and made something that managed to be this atrocious yet boring at the same time. Like the ONLY thing of note in this episode is Coiny and Balloons interaction at the end of the episode, which kinda came out of nowhere since we didn’t see much interaction between them in the episode. So I’m baffled that they decided to break up the most important alliance of the season in such a cop out way with no sort of foreshadowing or development during the episode.
Nickel being willing to vote himself out for balloon truly shows how far hes come! And Balloon not back stabbing Nickel rather talking to him really shows how far hes come, I really hope Balloon wins so Nickels sacrifice wasn't for nothing!
I love how at 15:16, after seeing silver being voted, Nickel is both smug, but simultaneously a bit sad since he knows that he will be eliminated, as Cabby and Silver both got separate votes, his vote would be cemented. Just so many good things all around this episode, keep up the amazing work II Team!!!
Y'know, it's almost impossible for any object show to have a bad episode, but this one is absolutely amazing! Several old contestants and challenges return, and there's a lot of hilarious moments throughout it! MASSIVE props to the II crew for making the penultimate episode of this season. I can't wait to see who will win Inanimate Insanity Invitational!
I cried. I genuinely cried. I can’t get enough of this show. Nickel was a great competitor, and that scene with him and Balloon was so heartwarming. Call me soft, but I have a soft spot for this show. And yes, I’m certain that Springy is from Meeple, I knew we should’ve never trusted Walkie Talkie. For now, I’m rooting for Balloon.
This episode was amazing! The elimination was perfect, and I did enjoy the Silver Spoon and Candle moment lol. Also HFJone reference went HARD, and it was great to see Coiny, Cheesy, and especially Paper. Looking forward to the finale!

I love how the need for the show to go on increased, the more references and unoriginality happened, e.g. the ONE challenge, coiny appearing, rejoiners, etc. I didnt notice it at first but tbh rlly thought out and cool!! :D
I think that this episode was genuinely one of the funniest ii episodes out there. The pacing was great, and the whole Al art metaphor was fantastically done. I loved all the little callbacks as well, truly an amazing, and now personal favorite, episode.

12:29 in the start of something absolutely incredible. I have never in my entire life have seen something so magnificent. It’s incredible how amazing it is. I can’t describe my feelings for it.
I have to say the animation machine part was the funniest moment of this episode. I also thought Balloon and Nickel’s moments were heartwarming. However, with the finale approaching I hope they explain MePhone’s feelings regarding the season ending and that fact that Walkie is planning something possibly sinister.
This episode is definitely my favorite episode. I was so immersed the entire time. The episode’s plot was so fun and creative and I feel like it’s a take on AI. Sure, Nickel got out but he did it for Balloon. Plus, Balloon talked to him and asked if he was okay with it first. They have immensely grown as characters and as friends. I’m rooting for Balloon and I hope Nickel’s elimination was not in vain! Can’t wait for the next episode ❤

I like the topic of this episode, as it was a good stand in for the idea of AI “art”, with Walkie Talkie being the AI tech bros, and everyone else being the people who understand that AI art isn’t really art.
I just- wow. The fact that Walkie-Talkie is secretly a villain *AND* the foreshadowing that Springy will come back?! The lore keeps getting better! Keep it up!
Nickel and Balloon's relationships really changed in a way that I couldn't even predict. They come so far from S2 (when they were enemies both got eliminated same time). Just like the time Ballon gave up everything for his Friend Suitcase, Nickel did the same for Balloon. This is why I love both characters and The show. People changing others with their truest heart sure is greatest wonder of All time.

I love how the need for the show to go on increased, the more references and unoriginality happened, e.g. the ONE challenge, coiny appearing, rejoiners, etc. I didnt notice it at first but tbh rlly thought out and cool!! :D

I think that this episode was genuinely one of the funniest ii episodes out there. The pacing was great, and the whole Al art metaphor was fantastically done. I loved all the little callbacks as well, truly an amazing, and now personal favorite, episode.

I have to say the animation machine part was the funniest moment of this episode. I also thought Balloon and Nickel’s moments were heartwarming. However, with the finale approaching I hope they explain MePhone’s feelings regarding the season ending and that fact that Walkie is planning something possibly sinister.
Actually, now that I think about it, MePhone’s feeling probably have to do with Zoetrope’s message in Title TBD: “You Can’t Keep Doing This Forever”.

This episode is definitely my favorite episode. I was so immersed the entire time. The episode’s plot was so fun and creative and I feel like it’s a take on AI. Sure, Nickel got out but he did it for Balloon. Plus, Balloon talked to him and asked if he was okay with it first. They have immensely grown as characters and as friends. I’m rooting for Balloon and I hope Nickel’s elimination was not in vain! Can’t wait for the next episode ❤

I like the topic of this episode, as it was a good stand in for the idea of AI “art”, with Walkie Talkie being the AI tech bros, and everyone else being the people who understand that AI art isn’t really art.

Nickel and Balloon's relationships really changed in a way that I couldn't even predict. They come so far from S2 (when they were enemies both got eliminated same time). Just like the time Ballon gave up everything for his Friend Suitcase, Nickel did the same for Balloon. This is why I love both characters and The show. People changing others with their truest heart sure is greatest wonder of All time.
As (extremely very unbelievably) upset as I am about Nickel's elimination, this episode was AMAZING. Props to the II gang for this one.
