Thom is a dear friend and has been since I moved to Pai 10 years ago.
I’ve enjoyed watching class participants cower at her barking instructions and laughing at her unbridled humour.
I’m happy that you picked up on the effectiveness of her teaching method and her genuine focus on providing the highest educational food preparation results.
You were here at the end of winter which is usually 3 or 4 months and cold through the night till the sun comes up mid morning. The rest of the time it’s fairly hot.

How can people afford traveling full time, can you give me some tips? Anyway, Thai foods are too sweet and too spicy. When I go to Thai restaurants, I tell them to be easy on Sugar and Chilli.
