Al Sharpton delivered the eulogy for Dexter Wade at his funeral in Jackson, Miss., The 37-year-old Wade was killed after being struck by a Jackson police cruiser while he was crossing a six-lane highway less than an hour after he’d left home. He was then buried in a pauper's field. Wade's mother had been searching for months for her son. Rev. Sharpton discusses the service.

For all we know, he was still alive after he was hit. I have friend who mouthed off to a cop, on a traffic stop. He was given a ticket for speeding and let go. Less than an hour later, he crashed his Corvette and was badly injured. The same cop happened to be the one who came upon the accident scene, pulled him out of the car, and covered him up with a tarp, still alive. When the paramedics showed up, my friend could hear the cop telling the paramedics not to bother looking, because he was already dead. Luckily, they ignored the cop and checked anyway, and saved his life....but he permanently lost the use of one arm....it just dangles there, basically dead. Who knows if that would be the case if he had been given immediate medical attention. This cop wasn't even involved in the accident and left him for dead. Imagine a cop actually hitting someone, knowing that if they live, they're probably going to sue him?

@@roejogan7770 He even blames himself, partially. He said he was indeed a dumb rich kid, and if he wasn't still speeding after the cop told him not to, it would have never have happened. Believe me, it's real.

They killed Dexter, went to great lengths to cover it up, put his mother through profound desperation and despair, and would've kept it up if not for a local journalist. It's horrifying. Dexter and his mother deserve justice. I can't fathom the pain she must be feeling. She clearly loved her son so much.
The light about Dexter Wade is not just shined on this country but was picked up by Reuters and is an international story and deserves as much

Wow, just wow. There needs to be serious repercussions from this. The cops involved and everyone else who's job title had them in any way connected in processing his body needs to be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A debate has erupted on X over whether the death of a 15-year-old white Las Vegas boy who was severely beaten by 15 other boys is related to race.
Jonathan Lewis Sr., the father of Jonathan Lewis Jr., told the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Friday that his son was attacked near Rancho High School on Nov. 1st after he “stood up for one of his smaller friends.”
“A couple [of people] attacked him, and they weren’t able to hurt him enough, and they all attacked him at once,” Lewis Sr. added.
Lewis Jr. was subsequently hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after local authorities found him bleeding from the head.
About a week later on Tuesday, Nov. 7th, the boy died.
While the police have yet to identify any suspects, video footage of the attack shows what appear to be a number of black boys attacking Lewis Jr.
That's so sickening to know that cops go to that length to cover up their wrongdoing...😢
The Constitution has a clause for dealing with a government that has gone rabid, and turned on its master, the people.

When the man was hit and killed he had his billfold in his pants pocket with a driver's license, insurance, and a credit card, and prescription with his address on it. The doctor on the prescription had his mother down as next of kin. How was he a John Doe? There's no explanation as to who cut off his leg either.
His uncle had been killed by police and prosecuted previously and there was an ongoing lawsuit so the police department was well aware of who the family was.
There are also a whole lot of bodies buried behind that jail in that field that are missing people or loved ones. Over 672 buried back there. Something is not right. I hope this poor mother gets the answers she seeks as well as the other families of the men and women buried in that field with no name or marker. RIP, and God please bless the families of this travesty.😭
