Without discussing legal or illegal, the railroad is a less congested route than the asphalt road, so it is faster to arrive. It only needs to be arranged. I think this is an interesting transportation alternative to overcome traffic congestion on the highway.
I wish we could enjoy the Old Tails in this manner. When I was about 13 years old I and another kid built a Motorized Rail Vehicle and we had plans to travel the Northern Missouri Rails they had abandoned. But that was a short lived dream. The Cities covered the Crossings with Asphalt and the Rail Road would remove sections of Rail so they would never be used again. We did get to travel from St. Joseph. Missouri to Troy Kansas and cross the Old Turn Bridge before they even stopped that. We traveled the Old Chicano Great Western Tracks from St. Joseph, Mo. to Savannah , Mo, 15 miles several times and that even was stopped by Gunhoe Cops who loved harassing kids. People in America has no true idea what a real adventure is anymore. We took an Old Heavy home made wooden fishing boat and launched it in the Missouri River and three of we boys all younger than fifteen years old floated down the Missouri River from The Water Works in St. Joseph , Mo . all the way down to just North of Atchison , Kansas and was forced out o the River by a Sheriff Patrol Boat. It was so funny, We all loved it, But the Cops and some nosey Adults raised all kinds of crap with us and they took the boat and we never seen it again.

There are a couple of things that surprised me the first was none of the motorcycles or small engines shown running were emitting any oil smoke. The second was the generally good state of repair the the tracks were. In a couple of places I say new track sleepers (railroad ties) and fresh ballast.
By your comments, you wouldn't by any chance come from America? If you do, it would answer many observations. I suspect this is somewhere in mainland S E Asia, Cambodia, Thailand etc., or The Philippines or similar. The "clean" fuel could be (probably is) locally produced ethanol as many developing Countries have an abundance of sugar cane etc., to produce the fuel from, in either an official industrial scale or a locally produced "home brew blend", which will also work. Another poster has also indicated it could, and probably is, a 4 Stroke Cycle engine. As regards the high level of track maintenance, you might find this track could put many suburban (or not-so suburban) freight tracks in the US to shame. Don't be blinded by peoples apparent circumstances, as these people are going forward economically and will probably meet people (like many unfortunate Americans) going the other way as their jobs and prosperity are "exported" abroad by their Nations "big cats". The level of ingenuity people from developing Nations use to solve problems using the resources they have to hand never ceases to impress me. This is just such a case in hand, where the alternative from point A to point B is either a long cross country walk or passage by river.
The old railway line between Banjar and Cijulang would be perfect for this kind of transport except that the rails have been "appropriated" . The railway bridges and tunnels on this relatively short branch line are spectacular!

Oh think about, if I mount my 130 horse power car engine to this train, it will offcourse carry the amount of goods a truck can carry. So this can be very usefull for trade. But there should be one lane for going one direction and the other lane for other direction
Indian railway me iski permition permision nahi.Bina Sr DEN ki certificate ke track per push trolly, rail trolly rakhana deshdroh me ata hai. Jail ke bare me court batati hai..
All these would be allowed in case of real train can't be run on particular local places for short distance as mini train like e-rickshaw & electric vehicles.
May it will be possible for fares and average of expensive as well as income of sources to driver's. And timings of trains. There are no more incomes But good model.

Hahahaha lol lol me too
I think they run on alcohol.
Because they are 4 stroke engines. 2 strokes run on a petrol and oil mix and smoke, If a motorbike has a cylinder head with valves it's a 4 stroke.

in the Philippines no problem. In America you would be arrested for trespassing on railroad property.
Kreatif sekali.mantap❤❤❤

How do they determine who moves off the track? Also do they use the track for free?
Not going to lie that looks really cool

To do this, you have to carefully study the timetable when the big trains are running.

This transport system is good but it is single track which has to give way to the oncoming train there should be an alternative.
Sepertinya REL KA masih aktiv
Very nice and good video may you be happy, healthy and successful always
before train invention people were transported by camels but now this way is similer to position in the past
🎉
Wow this train name KTMB from Akleh road
