Sampling New York Groove is genius!! I have no idea how old this song is but I'm suprised I haven't heard this yet. It's one hit wonder stuff, but I can see this being huge, I just don't think people know about it.
The girl's name is Sofia Boutella. She's absolutely amazing and joined two famous commercials of the "Nike Women"-Campagne. I wish I could rock the floor like she does.
