Good to see phil getting more hands on with repairs. Its absolutely essential that you learn and no better man than your father but he wont be around forever so take it what you can when u can
Great video. As you said in a previous video this 6480 has done hard hours… full throttle with the plough etc, no wonder she’s chewed up inside. Keep up the good work.
Is ER1077 not an air in fuel system fault? I spent £900 on the same type of pump on 6465 and my pump was timed perfect and the tractor has started throwing up that code and trying to cut out sometimes. I don't think its a timing problem but you'll need to remove the rocker cover and get valve timing right by removing the valve spring and lowering the valve with a DTI gauge to get the correct degrees btdc and fit pump with the 9 mm pin. Don't drop the valve or its the head off. Jubilee clip on valve stem to stop it dropping. I'll be very interested to find a cure for 1077!
It’s starting to be a joke the weather so we’re going to watch our favourite farmer’s and we love to see Father Phil and lee and liv you all work together so well.So good 👍 luck 🍀.
Brilliant video Phil, is there anything you guys can not do. Father Phil sounds a little better today. Are there any videos on the house coming up?. The wife said that Lee is a very good asset.
Used to drive a Tir2 Massey 7480 it used to eat fuel injector pumps, you knew when the pump was on it's way out when it became harder to start, I always associated it when it run-out of fuel because the gauge never worked thus the pump needs the fuel for lubrication. 🤔
@@FARMERPHIL3690 ah congrats man, well wear! I remember you saying the Impreza was your dream car when you were a kid(was mine too), delighted you can go get yourself the modern equivalent. Lovely engine in them, I'd love a BRZ if it wasn't for the tax!!
Lee says bolts the right way. “Boults” 😂
Credit to Lee very handy person to have at hand love the channel

You’re almighty lucky you can do this work at home. Save a pile of money. I like seeing this type of work on the farm.
U should leave a camera with lee to do all the servicing vidoes seems a good man on the camera
That's great work with your tarter farmer Phil

Graeme Souness used to tackle the back wheels off a tractor in training .

We have a john Deere 6420s and the engine started vibrating and she was running very rough and it was the damper plate it was 5 grand for parts
Is father Phil alright. He’s hoarse this while.
Very informative interesting video. Crack on
Great video Phil, what County is Lee from ? Sounds like Tyrone. He's a cracking fellow, he knows his stuff alright. Greetings from Omagh ❤

Hopefully father Phil has his voice back for the ploughing
A farmers work is never done
Nice one
You are lucky you have Lee only for him there would be nothing fixed
20:39 great interesting content
Hi Guys, That is some rats nest of pipes and wires, nothing simple any more, pain in the O is a perfect description,
Isn't it like a maize that young lad must be a genius.
Good video farmer Phil and father Phil and led ❤❤❤
Father phil by the talk of him loves that tractor 😂😂😂
Well come ji
Time that 6480 disappeared i think 🙈 i wish our one at work would dissappear
Thought massy.top notch ya may.change color.few fiat.110.90.way go very.simple tractor no brake downs
It's good that you can do all of this work, 👏
Dont let Lee go
A good move I think would be to trade that and maybe something else in towards a 5S 145 50k Dyna 6. You saw how good the 5S is on demo
When it comes to machinery you'll either make repayments or repairs
Good stuff
"A right pain in the hole of a tractor to work on" 😂😂😂😂
Anyone else notice how Lee is starting to look like Phil 😮😅😅
Ye will have to set Leigh and Rebecca up and get him properly joined into the family😂😊😮
As my local mechanic used to say, she’s stripped down to nought
Did you buy an Impreza Phil!!!???
I did yes

Is Lee ful time mechanic for ye
Yes
Hon da Lee fella . Derek is taking a back seat these days it seems. Trade that 6480 as soon as you can Phil 👍🏻
Any tractor would be better than a dirty Massey Ferguson
Hammond lane
👍
Will you have any bids in the pete marquis auction
Are you going to fix the front mud guards when she is in there
Don't forget the Giggle Pin?
How about case or j d
There were always troublesome those 6480
I've heard nothing but bad things about the earlier 64 series, which is a shame because they're a good-looking tractor 😢
Oi.....you can't park there mate.

Massey Assey' 🫏 🫏
Totally shameful Phil. 🫣 the only thing that should be in the shed is not red. Oh dear.
I wish Honda would make tractors, this would never be an issue.
That's great work with your tarter farmer Phil
