30:08 but actually, Scaramouche is older than the shogun literally. He was created first then after he was discarded, Ei then created the Shogun. He's like 500 something years old
He was her prototype and I'd guess she started making them after Makoto's death so he's between 400-500 years old depending on when exactly she started and how long it took, the Shogun would probably be a few years younger because I doubt making a whole puppet would be a quick thing.

That Diluc and Kaeya story realy struck me. I know Diluc had it hard the day he lost his dad, but that's Kaeya's father too(sort of), but Kaeya has been a good brother to Diluc keeping him in check, while carrying that smile and demeanor, and Diluc knows it. Their brotherly banter is the best
It was so hard for poor Diluc...
His father died, Kaeya told him he was a spy which resulted in a nasty fight and the Knights of Favonius (the people Diluc was working so loyally to) betrayed him ad well swiping under the rug his father's death. No wonder he doesn't smile anymore, he was betrayed by everyone he cared about.
I feel so bad for Kaeya. 😢 Being left by his real father, then losing his adoptive father, then wanting to feel something other than the guilt of betraying the ragnivindrs so he came clean, only to be struck down by his brother, surviving because of a vision that remains a mockery of his fractured soul (incomplete wings)
Tbh I watched this Hoyofair only to see a new Will Stetson video and I was not disappointed. Poor Kaveh man, his depressed ass needs a break.
Also, he is not "edgy", he is literally depressed and needs therapy!
People don't play the world quest are missing a lot ot good stuff. Some world quest have amazing lore and so emotional. People are complaining why there're no voice over. But it takes too much storage already.
Yeah it's nearly no different to reading a book, but we still have cutscenes, visuals, it's still interactive. People just have a strange adverse reaction to reading on their own.
It might be due to internet retention ruining most people's patience to take content.
@@sundalosketch4769 You're right. I like to read book so maybe that's why I have no problem with those long ass and no voice over quest.
I think I've cried more from the world quests than from the actual archon quests. And don't forget that most of the lore for each region comes from world quests.
@@ZsLoreRants yeah the aranara quest is super long but in the end, when all those aranara forgot about us, I felt really empty.

1:45:57 Just adding my two cents as to how I understood this particular video (Steps into the Shadow).
In the beginning, the words we see are "I shall step into this gateway, grasp your treasured past and eventually take your place." We then immediately see a shadowy figure stepped through a door and stole the primogem-shaped hair clip from a sleeping Paimon. I'll call this figure Abyss. Basically, this Abyss figure is going through Lumine's memories with the intention of taking them all to become their memories instead, and possibly replacing Lumine. Halfway through, we can see that Lumine's and Abyss' dress colors have switched, Lumine is now wearing black and Abyss is wearing white. We know who is who at this point because their irises still reflect who the real and fake ones are (regular, golden irises for Lumine, while Abyss has the dark, starry irises with red pupils). Slowly, Lumine started to fall apart and turning into the shadowy shape instead.
That's when we see the memories fought back, and the words on screen said "We will resist to the end because we are *not* _your_ memories." It's meant to say, as much as these memories are important to Lumine, Lumine in reciprocity is just as important to the people who share the memories with her. For as much as she's fought for her friends, they are fighting back for her sake now. So they fought back and pushed Abyss back into the gateway from the beginning, but not before spitting out the hair clip, returning Paimon to the original Lumine. The end 😁
