Don't listen to this video guys I threw out my Alu Power strings and Roger Federer broke into my house and stole all my chocolate (curse of the Swiss)
It's weird that Max power it's the third place when that string lose tension really fast... I used it and I needed to restring every two days to keep them "decent".
yeah Tennis Warehouse database should not be held as gospel, just a useful tool that can be helpful
@@TennCom I use Max Power and it has good tension maintenance in my experience.
But what sucks even more is that over glorified “Restring” strings. Feels dead, and Zero SnapBack! Even thought, they try to tell you how much it will do just that! String to string friction is huge, no pocketing and no spin. For less $ the Volkl V square will run circles around that over glorified blue monster. By the way, I use Di’addario nickel would D strings tuned in E minor with great results… 😜 (just kidding of course. But, serious about the blue monster)
Interesting that the string at the top of the list is Dunlop explosive speed . Spin and power does matter . Unfortunately , both Dunlop and Tourna does not list it on the top of that list .

Really puts things in perspective when you know
the pros go through multiple racquets with these fresh strings when playing a match because; as you mentioned in your full-length video, this string is categorized as GOD Tier,
BUT, only for 20-30min before it completely goes to hell.
Pros might be able to kill this string in 30 minutes, but I don't think many amateurs can.
Same as rpm blast. First few sets i feel i can hit exactly where i want. After that it falls off a cliff. 5 hours in and im starting to hate it

So because of your recommendations I ordered some Grapplesanke strings to try out, they are pretty hard to get here in germany (considering they are made here), but the strings are a pleasure to play. Did you try the Alpha?

Actually, he said ALU Power was used by GOATs, not that it is one. Indeed he goes into its tension loss issue in that vid too.
