Thank you for flying easyJet! I work as a Pilot there, they stationed me at Bristol airport. So if you ever fly out of Bristol you may be flying with me!
Hi Sassy, I hope you enjoy your stay in london is gotten slightly colder this week but we are hoping for one more sunny week. I have flown easyjet before my experience is that they usually do their best keep to time which is great. I usually go with ba mostly because of their point based systems for frequeny flyers in more international locations.
Flown Easyjet in 2008 when I was 12 from London Gatwick to Malaga and back after 5 days. It was good then but I don’t know about know. If I remember, it was a B737 going and an A319 coming back. The service was lovely and they were very polite.
Hi Sassy, that was a great video. However, I am confused. I would need advise about luggage and fees. Do I have to pay for my backpack and my small carry on roll bag? And If I select extra legroom seats, wich says two bags are allowed , do you have to pay for those bags too? please I would appretiate your thought and help. If any other experienced Easyjet traveler would like to add more ideas please do not hesitate. This is going to be our first flight to Madrid Spain from London. Thanks
Sassy, I flew EasyJet the first time in 2003. It was my very 1st visit to Europe that year. I really liked the ease of their booking website and their prices, however, I don't think they are as comfortable and they may fly into certain European airports that may not be well known or that may be located too far from the main city. Great review by the way.
Chigo Dike I think they have improved over the years in terms of comfortability. I agree their prices are decent and their platform is easy to use. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience. 👌🏾
You are confusing easyJet with Ryanair. EasyJet uses primary airport like Milan Malpensa(MXP), Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) , Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) and so on, while Ryanair uses Milan (Bergamo) BGY , Paris Beauvais (1h45 from Paris), Frankfurt Hahn (1h45 from FRA) and so on...
Kazeem Badrudeen you wont find a low cost airline short haul with screens in the seatbacks... its not just the physical equipment but the licence costs to show the content

My very first time on a plane was with EasyJet. I flew to the Channel Island of Jersey from Newcastle here in the North East with my girlfriend who has flown multiple times. Even travelling to the airport was exciting for me. But seeing the inside of the airport just got me even more excited if a little bewildered by the processes involved in processing. I did have to adjust myself to this wholly new and strange environment. I was terrified of security however. I feared getting arrested. Imagine how breathtaking it was for me to see the plane. Just how huge it was. Those tummy butterflies were flying like crazy as I ascended the steps. Inside the cabin for the first time I was just in awe of it I would say. But the various movements of the plane was just exhilarating. The acceleration and takeoff especially. It was like being on a roller coaster. Whatever you feel that is what I felt. I would fly with EasyJet again ever time. Regular flyers talk about the differences between budget and full service airlines (what you get and what you don't) but it was hard for me to tell the difference between the two sitting in my seat. It wasn't immediately apparent to me I was on a budget airline. An EasyJet flight is just as good as one on a flight on a British Airways flight.
@@SassyFunke Value for money, easyJet would win anytime. British Airways have been getting lots of hate over certain parts and they are getting less premium. You now have to pay for your Food and Drinks Similar Punctuality, Similar Leg Room and I would feel safer with easyJet as they have newer aircraft. I would feel no different if I was on BA or easyJet so it would purely be based on the Value for money I would still choose Norwegian any day living locally to Gatwick but easyJet would probably follow after.
I don't have a problem with EASYJET. Haven't flown with them since 2008, mind. I've flown from Glasgow to Luton and London to Málaga. They got me from A. to B. and O had a cup of tea
Then: Flying is so fun Now: ye thats just stay at home And what's cool is that 1 month and 1 day after this video uploaded I flew with easyjet to faro Portugal
easyJet actually has a reasonably good reputation. They don't court controversy in the same way as Ryanair. A lot of the misgivings about the airline comes from the show, Airline, which showed warts and all the running of an airline. The show however catapulted easyJet into one of the worlds largest airlines. For an infrequent, short haul European traveller, there isn't really 'that' much difference between them and BA. Good video.
@@tomasmillen You can get some very competitive BA fares in all honesty. easyJet are mostly the cheapest but it's definitely checking out BA fares when you are booking. As for cabin crew training.... aside from business class and first class which easyJet doesn't have, you will find the training very similar. Take it from someone who has good knowledge of both airlines..... that's all I will say. ;-)

Correction: British Airways WAS a premium brand. There is now little to distinguish it from a "low cost" airline, certainly on short-haul.
The budget airlines in Europe are much better than the ones in the states. I flew CityJet a in 2015 and it was great.
