Would be nice to have more of a difference. Does work well on the deeper targets. I have 11 inch half penny buried and is a whisper on ag 4 but then a few shallower targets are a lot louder. The d2 does sound a lot different increasing the audio gain but the audio as standard is a lot lower , in pwm , but not in square,
How should it sound at lower volumes if there should be very little sound at maximum volume ? You are using max of level of volume. Please decrease the volume and try again.
Hope they fix it. Had one, sent beck, bought another just for audio gain. Here in few days. Also hope they add bottle cap rejection like nox and vanquish. Rejection better than detection, you’re walking, not testing.
Tn sharpshooter. When hunting cellars in New England, the legend is a nightmare, as if you run over anything like a spade, shovel or even a piece of one, the volume spikes so hard it hurts your ears. No really. I have the headphone volume so low; I can barely hear a 4-inch deep dime, yet that so still blasts my ears when I run over old junk metal that is only 3 or 4 inches down. A decibel restriction is needed to address this issue. Yes, I have tried 2 other sets of headphones and it's the machine. I must run my machine without headphones of suffer the consequences. Ugly
@@tnsharpshooter8517 I hope they can work it all out TnSharpshooter. Pleasant and clear audio will make or break ANY detector. It's a shame to waste all those great adjustable tone and pitch breaks with substandard audio. I know they are working on threshold. The Legend is a few audio upgrades away from becoming legendary. It separates pretty well now; I have some nice colonial finds in iron since 1.08, but you miss a lot without phones.

You should tag them so the enginners can fix it

May Nokta Makro will see your comments here. Adding couple lower levels of gain won’t hurt.
