This is by far my favorite interview with someone successful I've seen on UA-cam. Big difference from these younger folks. I was waiting to hear him talk about giving back. 🙏You don't hear that often in these younger folks' success stories. Great interview, Graham.
He’s old of course he’s gonna give it back. When you were young making money who knows how long it’ll last. Their goal is only to save as much as they can.
I wish more younger successful people talked about charity and giving back. It’s almost like when you get older you start thinking about the fact that you are not going to take it with you, but that was always true from the time you became wealth and even before that.

Also finding real friends that he can trust because they don't care about his money must be almost impossible.

Friends are overrated. You buy a wife. She has to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. She becomes a stay-at-home wife. She just breeds. Your friends become your kids. You need nothing more than that.
I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.
Explore the option of engaging financial advisors, estate planners, or tax experts. Their specialized expertise can assist you in navigating intricate financial decisions.
I think stock market will do well in 2024, so I'm thinking of putting $220,000 into stocks for my retirement. Any advice on doing this safely? Also, any important tips for the current financial situation?
Yes, truly, investing in the market, even if it's just the S&P 500, can keep up with inflation, because the growth rate of stocks will always exceed the inflation rate. But if you don't have the courage, you could just invest with a financial advisor, which even has greater return on investments, while securing your investment against losses.
Keeping money in the bank is like paying banks and the Govemment. Here's how it works: The bank gives out your money as loan, and charge interest obviously higher than inflation rate, and then give you, the depositor, interest lower than inflation rate. That means net loss for you. That is why I prefer to invest, and on average, my advisor makes returns that always beats inflation!
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I've been with NAN CHRISTIES' for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
Great video, but it felt like an abrupt ending... I could have kept watching for another 5+ minutes. Loved his pearls of wisdom and house tour with explanations of his design throughout the interview. You should post an extended version.

This is the good stuff Graham. Thanks for going to the next step of your channel. When he talks about the dentist who retires on the golf course and lets others take over, I honestly thought that was going to be your channel. Thanks for not letting that happen. The one suggestion I still have tho is the thumbnail for these types of videos need some work to make more people click. They look to much like the generic motivational crap thumbnail that everyone does. IDK the fix for that, but I bet this content will slowly gain more views over time more than the negative repetitive stuff you were posting. Could be like you're version of a dividend, and that's what Papa John does lol. The only other thing is this is a new style of video for you, please dont get discouraged if it doesn't get as many views as the other stuff yet. Refine refine refine. Stuff like cutting down how fast to introduce what you're doing at the start of the video, or more excitement for the first 10sec of the video. Those little details will 10x your views on this kind of content. Don't become the old retired dentist. Also, most people can hover over a video and see the first few seconds of the video before they click to play it, so just as important as the thumbnail is having a huge intro visually for the first few seconds. This one shows you walking in an airport then the papa johns logo. At the end of the day i'm just a dumb viewer and probably dont know much about making a video, but I'm excited for you and hope to see you blow up and I know this is the type of thing that will do it. You are the Mr. Beast of finance, you just need to accept that because the universe will force you to do what it wants, and any depression or anxiety about things is usually a fight against destiny.
Great video, I have always wanted to invest and start my retirement plans early enough, but I never did. I hope it is not too late for me? I will like good advice on how I can start up my retirement and put up some investments as well. This world in getting more difficult to live in everyday. The Person of Interest soundtrack was a nice touch.
I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.

Graham. best interview in a long time. :)
Ig
LOL, you got a guy who made billions selling pizza knocking people who sit on the couch watching TV and eating pizza
This guy looks great
I know, I was wondering if he's had work done. He's over 60.
Great video, but it felt like an abrupt ending... I could have kept watching for another 5+ minutes. Loved his pearls of wisdom and house tour with explanations of his design throughout the interview. You should post an extended version.
What's everyone's strategy here with their investments?
It's a rollercoaster out there! Considering diversifying my portfolio into bonds for stability.
This is when opportunities arise. I'm keeping an eye on tech stocks for a potential buy low, sell high scenario.
I've got a small capital, but I'm not panicking. Keeping an emergency fund and maybe some gold as a hedge.
I trust my financial advisor, BECKY LOU GORDON , to guide me through this. She ’s been a lifesaver in previous market turbulence.
This is useful information i copied her name and pasted on my browser and it was her website that was top result and his qualifications are excellent thanks for sharing
One needs to prepare for the future and kids inheritance.
Always love interview type videos, so many insights to learn and mistakes/lessons I now don't need to make or can learn from... Thank you, Graham!
