we decide to go for R&R too for our reno after seeing lots of your videos but sadly the assigned designer took quite some time to reply so we had give it a miss and find another ID. but wilson really steady and passionate after we highlighted this issue to him.
everything looks nice except the fridge was placed too close to the stove. May cause cooking inconvenience & shortening fridge lifespan. Hopefully designer did highlight this 😎

Ryan too not bad n very friendly. I watched few of his other house tour recommendations. Love these 2......her hse is unique...match her style....indeed renovation need to find trusted interior designer if one hv cash to spare ..... tks for sharing.

However, if the ID had intended the theme to be a take on an adult kindergarten, then I'd say this has been a very successful endeavour. It is at the detriment of the ID to be able to define, detail and execute accurately the theme asked by the client or risk a pastiche outcome. Nevertheless, this is only my humble opinion and what matters most is the satisfaction of the client.

The dining table design seems a little impractical like theres no space for your legs if youre seated by the side. the panels and colour choice for the toilet kinda reminds me of contena lmao the house looks very nice especially the corridor area but it gives off a "demo house" type of feel but of course as long as the owner is happy and satisfied with it then its not any of our business
Yes not a practical dinning table. Look nice only. Max can only be seated by 2 persons. No leg rooms for the 2 chairs at the other side. The toilets oso so cramp and small. Too colourful and will feel dizzy and suffocated for such a small toilet.
Congrats on your reno. The only thing that I don't like was the rounded wall in the toilet. I think its hard to clean on that aspect. Other than that, you can actually add the sound dampening panels at the guest room to reduce the sound of the karaoke.

I only spent $30,000 on my wabi sabi 5 room HDB and the whole house furniture is thrifted from Carousell. You don’t need to spend a lot actually.
