Fun fact: Rubik’s cube can make other shapes. Such as 5x5.

Each square is 20 magnets.
Each color requires 9 squares, that's 180 magnets per color.
There are 6 sides to the cube so 6 colors, that's 1,080 colored magnets.
There are additionally 108 black squares for the interior. 108 x 20 = 2,160 black magnets.
All told this construction required 3,240 magnets.

I had some Speks micro magnet balls and I found separating them by color to be quite soothing and meditative.
Now removing them from the high powered "Monster Magnet" is another story. That would suck. 😁
