As a father of three girls, it is impossible not to cry when I think of her parents and what they are going through. My heart breaks for them, her brother, and all who were close to her. There's really nothing left to say. I will watch this video around Christmas, probably several times - and imagine she's up there smiling down at all the people that loved her.

Some 5 years ago weeks before Christmas I looked on UA-cam for this song, because it's my favorite Xmas song. I kept listening to an artist after artist, you know, the famous ones, and then I came upon this one. I was blown away. Almost could not believe I have heard such a beautiful pure voice. I kept repeating and replaying again and again. Since that time, I fell in love with Christina Grimmie personality and voice. Since then, this is my favorite song on UA-cam.
After her passing, I visited and listen to my favorite songs from her. Brought tears of sadness to my eyes every time I listened. For months now I wanted to come to her channel and listen to her again, but I knew that it would be painful. So I didn't.
This is the first time after months, that I gathered the courage to listen to her again. Of course, I am chocking on my tears. I don't know what it is about her that does that to me. Maybe it is seeing her growing with this channel and rooting for her. Rooting for her success. She is just so pure, so real, so honest, so sharing...
This is for all of you her friends and fans and family. Who feel the same way I do. Rest In Peace Christina. You sing with the angles now, I am sure.

12/14/2017 I was searching UA-cam for O Holy night because it’s my favorite Christmas song. I’ve never heard this young lady until just now, and her beautiful voice gave me chills. Then I remembered this is the young lady I heard about that was tragically killed . Such a beautiful, beautiful voice and bubbly spirit. RIP

"O, Holy Night" is my favorite Christmas song and most versions (and I've heard MANY in my 50-plus years) leave me unmoved. Christina's rendition is the first I've truly loved and remains the ONLY one that touches my soul and makes me feel the passion of the song. Rest in heavenly peace, Christina.
when i heard she got shot but before they announced it, i ran to her videos and played them on shuffle and just prayed. this was the video that i was listening to when they announced she went home to Him and I sobbed so hard. I came to the comments section to compliment this girl whose voice seems like it can move mountains; her rendition of 'O Holy night' truly moved me at least. But I was shocked to read people commenting how much they miss her now that she's gone. This is the first song I've ever heard of this girl & I'm distraught to learn she has passed away.
I google her & find out she was the singer who was shot & murdered by a guy while signing autographs, the one they talked about in the news, the one who was murdered in Orlando days before the city witnessed another immense tragedy. I am heartbroken right now. Tears aren't cascading out of my eyes but rest assured my heart is aching as I think of the injustice that happened to this hugely talented young woman (and the victims of the Pulse nightclub attack as well). I am feeling so sad right now & I didn't even know her or anyone at Pulse. I feel so deeply hurt right now.
Thank you Christina for sharing your talent with the world. You will be missed & you will be remembered. I wish strength, forbearance and peace to your family and the families of Pulse victims as well.
