    cute!!! If you have Bearly Art glue, it holds the lightweight wood together perfectly. ❤ your videos!! Also, thank you for bringing back the embroidery machine videos!!

    I’m enjoying your glowforge projects as it’s something I’ve been considering purchasing. I haven’t fully decided if it’s the one for me yet. Do you love it? FabriTac is a great fast drying glue. I’ve used it on several wood laser projects that I’ve had cut for me and it’s great. I also use it to close up seams on my ITH embroidery projects.

    I have this file also. If you score where you want to know where to put the pieces on the wood it’s faster and won’t burn the wood. You can also use alcohol to get the burn marks off.

    Could you stack more pieces of the pocket piece to make the opening wider for dropping in the tooth.

    Cute. Maybe cut another one of those inner pieces to build it out so a tooth fits. 😉

      I thought the same thing; build it up with an additional layer like you would a die cut on a card.

    Hi Bethany, is this something that could be made with a Cricut Maker 3?

    Correct on placement, you use score. I have a Glowforge Pro and love it.

    I wonder if one of the large pieces of tape you pulled off of the top would be sticky enough to help remove the small bits instead of having to buy gorilla tape?

    • @Bethadilly
      @Bethadilly  8 днів тому

      Unfortunately, it was too low tack. I tried and couple times within this video and it just wasn't sticky enough.

    Did you notice certain paints rub right off because there is a shiny finish on the wood

    • @Bethadilly
      @Bethadilly  8 днів тому

      I’ve been purposely only using unfinished wood because I haven’t liked how the finished wood makes a mess when cutting. But of the finished wood I did use, the paint did stick.

    • @denisenava1441
      @denisenava1441 8 днів тому

      @ oh ok I didn't know there was finished and unfinished I'll have to made a note of that.

      Yes! And personally everyone has different preferences, but I’ve found that anything with a finish made an oily mess when cutting.
