I just got off work, I had a shitty day and this is the best thing I can listen to cheer me up and keep going, it's amazing how Lost Society knew how to unite their thrash, groove, metalcore, grunge and industrial influences in a single song, the lyrics it's inspiring to me, really your music makes me feel so good

Now thrash may be my favourite genre but I think I prefer this new sound for them...its hard to explain...like the thrash albums were amazing but this just feels like its what they were born to do. Plus the vocals on these new songs and on No Absolution are just top tier for me

This is awesome, first time hearing of this band and definitely adding this one on my favorites list.
Some nice early-2000s nu-rock/metal era vibes + solid trash and groove metal flavors. I really dig it. Always something nice when these guys come out with new material. This might be some of their finest work and I'm sure it won't be the last. \m/

In my view, nothing can beat LxSx's thrash records but I definitely appreciate this new road the band has chosen, too 🙏🏼 As a big fan of the thrash era, it took me quite a while to get into No Absolution, but nowadays I listen to the album on a regular basis. Can't wait for the forthcoming album (already pre-ordered!), and hopefully they'll get big with this style 👊🏼

Sound good, but the first 3 albums were more Thrash Metal-ish and those are the ones that got me hooked to Lost Society.
This new "Groove Metal mixed with Metalcore" -style kicks ass still.
Reminds me of Trivium, Machine Head, Linkin Park (singing style in chorus sounds like Chester Bennington).

Like most long time Lost society fans, I didn’t dig it at 1st coz it’s not thrash metal. But kept an open mind, it’s actually a damn well written song. These guys r creative musicians, they don’t wana just go “thrash all over you” all through their career.

I have the feeling that they sold their souls to the devil by this change of style. My personal opinion is that an artist creates art for any reason but money, in which case that is not art anymore (is just another product on the shelf) and cannot call that person an artist. Yes, this change will bring, maybe, more people to their concerts but they better read some history of other artists and learn something. Meanwhile I'll be waiting for their next pure thrash album. I bet that the band will break up within the next year or so.
maybe mixing everything would make it better. Melodic Thrash metal if done right can be really sick.

You are allowed to like different things and evolve your sound... some bands have that ability to think out of the box. If you knew Samy at all, you would know that this subject hits very close to home for him and he likely wrote this song out of a place of passion. Seriously, fuck off with that whole "compromised musical integrity" argument.
I still haven't heard a single bad song from Lost Society, even though genres seem to change from gospel to Speed Metal 🤣😆😂. I'm completely fine with that. Good job once again!!
