So beautiful, I am so envious of your traditional sari. They always look so beautiful in vibrant colours but always elegant. While us British girls have nothing like this to wear , we usually are wearing jeans and tee shirts. I have no idea why this popped up on my recommended things but I am so glad it did. 💜
Aww thank you! Btw absolutely don't think that you people have nothing beautiful to wear, I love Western fashion. The coats and boots and scarves and blouses and skirts are all so pretty, and last century especially was such an amazing time for fashion as it was evolving every decade. I had the privilege to look into some old Canadian newspaper from the 20th century and the clothing ads distracted me because of how beautiful everything looked. You guys also have gorgeous outfits!!
If you'd be interested, please do try to wear a saree. I've discovered that draping a saree is an art in itself and it has its own fun, it might be a fun experience if you wanna have it
I think us Europeans have a lot of gorgeous traditional dresses too, it's just that they're not usually worn as everyday items anymore. But why let that stop you? I encourage you to get into historical fashion, it's an amazing hobby! I wear historically inspired fashion almost every day, some of it I made myself and some I achieved by combining things I found in thrift shops. It's become my default style and I feel gorgeous in it! I'll take it over jeans and shirts any day.
I am Parsi, so we normally only wear the Gujarati style drape. I'm not a huge sari fan, I'll be honest (especially having 3 kids and being on the go at parties), but this, oh this is STUNNING! I have 3 big events coming up this year and I'll be using this drape with my lace sari. Brilliant video, thank you!
Absolutely stunning! I still remember when my aunt (who lived in Trinidad) came to visit and wore a sari out one evening. I thought it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. So wish I had one!
I just like the videos she make. Earlier I used to think that I cannot handle a saree but now I feel like yes I can wear a saree. Before I usedto my mother's saree but now I have my own sarees😍. Thank u so so much😘
I absolutely love that you got so much class. There's so many revealing blouses/sarees out there but u cover up and still look absolutely beautiful 😍😍😍😍
As an Indian I'm so proud of our culture and its traditional wears especially sarees. anyone whether Indian or foreigner, would just fall in love with sarees. They look so beautiful and special plus it also gives us a Greek goddess and Indian goddess look (2 in 1 look). I wore in school farewell and guess what, I looked fabulous like a little princess 💕💕, thanks to my Mommy for helping me 🙏 Your saree colour reminds me of Priyanka's Desi girl look, just WOWW, my favorite and the way you wore it is so so gorgeous. I love it when foreigners love and wear our sarees. Everyone carries it their own way but still it's just so good to look at. Thankyou for the video, it's so easy, I'd like try it someday
They are the most beautiful, feminine of clothing. In UK here. I am positive that should I have ever tried this, it would have been slipping out all the time. It is like magic the way you all keep them looking pristine. ❣
That is so beautiful. I don’t see how you can keep the look together for an extended period of time without standing in one place. That in itself is an art form - walking, sitting and dancing in a saree. Thank you for sharing!
You get used to it. I'm an indian and my grandmother wore only sarees all her life. My mom wears a lot more comfortable clothes on a regular basis though and keeps the sarees for special events.
Sarees are very comfortable, airy and when tied properly do not unravel. Definitely not as stifling as jeans in hot and humid summer weather. A lot of Indian women wear sarees 24/7. In rural areas women do manual jobs, work on farms wearing sarees. Not this one though! This is for special occasion.

I have never seen the infinity drape although I grew up in India, but I love the way you have demonstrated it. I have to attend an Indian wedding in 2 weeks and I am going to try this tomorrow with a very modern sari I borrowed from a friend for this occasion. As others have noted, I too appreciate that you don't feel the need to show revealing styles/silhouettes, but the subtle feminine beauty shines through all the more, w/o vulgar flaunting.
