P-Roach still knows how to go HARD even at this stage of their career. I'm 38 and have been a fan since the beginning. Loving the NIN vibe this gives me! KEEP BRINGING IT!
It’s interesting but not bad. The saxophones are a pretty neat twist, as is the twangy acoustic guitars. Let’s see where this album goes; I’m excited regardless!
That guitar riff is killer! I love how you guys aren’t afraid of coming straight outta left field! People throwing shade but this sounds genuine, you guys always had a hiphop influence. Not typically my style of tune but I dig it! Feels raw!
I suffer well, Renegade music, The ending from last album are more rock songs. Crooked teeth, break the fall, Ricochet, Nothing and few more from crooked teeth album as well.
I Suffer Well is amazing but it’s wasted on that album. Renegade Music is too similar to RATM for me Did love a lot of tracks on Crooked Teeth and FEAR but Connection was a more consistent album imo
I personally love all of the albums. I saw them live, I’ve been listening to Papa Roach since God knows how long and I think we all change as we grow, and it’s completely normal to take a different direction to see where it takes you as longest you don’t lose yourself and you don’t feel miserable. I think this is evolving and being stuck in a past is not good. The albums might seem not as heavy as it used to be, but that reflects PR life’s and I personally appreciate that they still release so much new and exciting stuff, all the collabs, there’s so much good energy and albums are so different from each other and that makes them so damn special, is it even possible to get bored of them?!
Slaps. Always slaps. Really bizarre at this point to not expect something different every single album. This band has stuck around because they’ve shown that they’ve been able to switch things up and incorporate all sorts of different genres into their signature sound. And being one of the best live acts in the business.

I grew up listening to Papa Roach thanks to my mom and dad, I remember being 6 or 7 and Scars coming on the radio and I knew every word.
