I had a splenic cyst fenestrated last year, pathology says Sclerosing Angiomatoid Nodular Transformation. If so Im the first where it's reoccurred 8 wks later. Having new MRIs Tues and see oncologist. I now have a mass in my neck. This is rare and looking to share my case elsewhere.
