エンジンがかからず時間を置くとかかる時は、ほとんどキャブレターが原因です！
言ってみれば吸い過ぎって言う奴でした？

My friend I was thinking fuel starvation as well! Either junk in the carburetor or a dirty fuel filter. But the spark problem...? I also think the magneto gap is too large, so as the engine starts from cold the gap is almost too large and as the engine block grows with heat the magneto gap is too great to make a spark. Also, the engine fan/flywheel does not grow as much as the engine because of the cooling effect of the fan and the magnetic poles are in the fan.
Do you think this could be a part of the problem?

以前、同様エンジンの乗用芝刈り機で同じような症状のものを修理したことがありますが、フライホイールの周りにピックアップがついていると思うのですが、その隙間の調整で直ったことがありました。ポイント式のエンジンのポイント調整のような感じですかね？

点火系との推測でバッテリー劣化によるスターター動作時の電圧降下？
とおもったのですが何度も普通に始動している様なので
症状的に草刈機でもよく起きるウェイパーロック現象かなと思いました。
何が正しかったかの答え合わせ楽しみです。

Kohlerは単気筒はYamaha、VツインはダイハツのOEM品だったと思います　少なくとも電装品は日本製がそのまま使えるんじゃないですか
