After showering and drying off youve got to let it AIR OUT. dont put on underwear right out. Get in front of a fan or vent and let it dry the moisture. Works for me!!!

When you wash, dry well then use clean cotton underwear. The newer types of underwear while fashionable is mostly synthetic fibers. I prefer plaid cotton boxers for this very reason keeping the smell away.

MINE are the worst in the world, so this should work very good for you. It took me YEARS to figure this out and I know how embarrassing this is. People have even made comments like, "what the F. stinks!" I actually asked my doctor about this too. The biggest thing to resolve this is to actually use deodorant (underarm) on the insoles of your feet! But not all over, not necessary. always wear socks too, we both know how bad you can stink up a pair of shoes within a day, right? Use those one that you can't see like with deck shoes, or cut the tops off a little, as long as the bottom of your foot is covered and powdered. Johnson's foot powder w/ vitamin A, also does wonders, nothing else seems to. Also does help to soak your feet in either vinegar water or bleach water but not BOTH at the same time. Get the bacteria, which causes the odor out of that dead skin and between your toe nails. Use a scrub brush and comet if needed! I have even used Oxyclean and it works! Never let your feet stay wet for too long, change your socks if you have to. Now to get the smell out of your shoes, leave a comment and tell me what kind of shoes. (I have even stunk up flip flops!)

The deodorant is not working because you are wearing it off as you walk. They also make anti-bacterial socks, which doesn't last forever, it washes out. You would literally have to wipe the bottoms of your feet with an alcohol pad then reapply the deodorant, every hour and/or take your shoes off, OFTEN to get air and let them dry. I have learned to be really careful about how hot or wet my feet are and usually don't wear even socks let alone shoes, I even take my shoes off in the car or absolutely whenever I can get away with it. Tea bags are NOT going to help, you need straight vinegar or a bleach solution. Once you get the bacteria in shoes or slippers, it gets bad even faster. I don't wear slippers or anything with that acrylic lining, I CAN'T! This man-made plastic lining is the worst thing. Never wear acrylic or nylon socks. I am VERY careful about this! Plastic product lining or socks cause the most trouble for me. Wool or cotton are the best and slip-ons that let alot of air in the shoe as you walk helps alot too. Boots are the bad for me too. Eating less sugar and alot of dark green leaves help too. (spinach) Or you could just forget all of the above and have them cut the sweat glands out. People have this done to their armpits. I have been doing all of the above so long that it is most second nature for me. Johnson's foot powder is a huge help, but you just can't depend on that alone.

I saw something on Dr. Oz years ago where two room-mates really enjoyed being room-mates except that one had extreme foot odour driving the other crazy. I cannot remember it all but it had something to do with soaking your feet with a tea bag (not sure what kind) and I think the acidic nature of the tea bag helped dry out the pours, eliminating odour. BUT it is something that has to be done on a regular basis. Maybe check out his website and search there. Also, a friend of mine had a problem with excessive armpit sweat and he was prescribed a deodorant that basically sealed up the pours. Not sure what it was, but maybe something similiar would be out there for feet?

Thanks for this Alpha. As an amateur aromatherapist, I make my own powder using similar ingredients (corn starch, baking soda (bicarb), arrowroot powder, essential oils). The reason I started making my own is because of preliminary or anecdotal reports I've read linking cancer with talc use, particularly ovarian cancer. I figure if it's bad for one set of gonads (aka Lady balls), it's probably bad for both. I use kind of a massage oil which i apply all over my body in the shower when finished and still wet, instead of drying off. It creates an emulsion therefore i don't need a lot of oil and it stays on the surface while i'm still drying. It also creates a smooth, silky feeling and nice fresh odor on my skin and saves me of using sny kind of skin cream.

Well, you're only 13 - there is NO WAY you are supposed to try to figure these things out on your own. Your dad is there TO HELP YOU navigate through puberty. Hey Marcus we have all been there. It all starts with a good shower every day along with deodorant and wearing clean clothes (no recycling). At your age your body is changing (physically and hormonally). You will get funky at times. No worries. All the other guys your age smell just like you. It's all about staying clean and using deodorant. I used to take 2 showers a day because of the funk (I used to play sports as well). So don't fret young man, many have been there done that. Just be yourself, do your homework, be respectful of your parents and elders, everything else will take care of itself. God bless

I saw something on Dr. Oz years ago where two room-mates really enjoyed being room-mates except that one had extreme foot odour driving the other crazy. I cannot remember it all but it had something to do with soaking your feet with a tea bag (not sure what kind) and I think the acidic nature of the tea bag helped dry out the pours, eliminating odour. BUT it is something that has to be done on a regular basis. Maybe check out his website and search there. Also, a friend of mine had a problem with excessive armpit sweat and he was prescribed a deodorant that basically sealed up the pours. Not sure what it was, but maybe something similiar would be out there for feet?

Thanks for this Alpha. As an amateur aromatherapist, I make my own powder using similar ingredients (corn starch, baking soda (bicarb), arrowroot powder, essential oils). The reason I started making my own is because of preliminary or anecdotal reports I've read linking cancer with talc use, particularly ovarian cancer. I figure if it's bad for one set of gonads (aka Lady balls), it's probably bad for both. Hey Marcus we have all been there. It all starts with a good shower every day along with deodorant and wearing clean clothes (no recycling). At your age your body is changing (physically and hormonally). You will get funky at times. No worries. All the other guys your age smell just like you. It's all about staying clean and using deodorant. I used to take 2 showers a day because of the funk (I used to play sports as well). So don't fret young man, many have been there done that. Just be yourself, do your homework, be respectful of your parents and elders, everything else will take care of itself. God bless
