Good morning my friend, that was another class in weathering fro a great master of this hobby, the weathering was done very finely and precise, I liked the exhaust staining in particular, best regards from Australia, Les
I'm so impressed this time by your demarcation between white & blue just under the tail. The very end. That little white tail is perfectly sublime!😊 Was that tape mask or putty?
Very nice and detailed work on weathering! What camera and camera settings you are using, the video looks very sharp and it’s amazing how well it keeps up with focus tracking 😮
@@MMScaleModels looks sharp so far. I think there is no need for an upgrade. But what is the kit lense? What focal length and diaphragm settings you are using? I thinking about getting a camera for my models, but I don’t know what lens I should go for 🤔
That's true, but aircraft do have hydraulics and oil that tend to be routed through the belly and wings and they will leak on the ground and follow gravity. Oil and hydraulics will also soak into the paint of an aircraft around panels.
@@ToitMosquito Aircraft spend most of their time parked on the ground. I used to work on the A6E tram Intruder, part of preflight inspection was to wipe down the belly, engine doors, of accumaled oil. There always fluids of one sort or another. So while yes I agree do consider air flow, also consider fluid stains from accumulation because the aircraft is parked and motionless most of the time.
Attention to detail. Loved this video. Very well done.
Thanks for the feedback mate 👍
I like this style of video.
Thanks for the feedback mate 👍
Love this unplugged style of video!!! Helpful to see the pace (and also very relaxing). Thank you, and excellent work.
Thanks for the feedback mate
Your weathering's always great so I'll watch either, but I enjoy your commentary.
Thanks for the feedback mate 👍
Liked the tonal change you achieved with the sand colored pencil to get that accumulation of dust and dirt.
It seems to be a suitable color

Thanks for your kind words mate, best regards!
Thanks for sharing knowledge... Awesome
Thanks for watching mate!

Thanks, I am still honing my free hand demarcation skills but I am happy with the results on this one.
Love this technique. So forgiving. You could also create a streaking effect by using a rake or fan brush rather than a flat
Published such a technique a few days ago :)
Lovely 👌
Thanks mate 👍
Is that totally normal to play the weathering videos while weathering? 🙃 Such a graceful piece of work! 👏
Thank you!
..красиво! ( реалистичность )..
Thank You!
*It's a long way to wheatering the bottom of your model but it's a good way, excellent result!*
Thanks mate, some times time invested pays back :)
Professional
Thanks mate!
Great work on the weathering, but I like a video more when you commentate on what you are doing.
Thanks for the feedback mate 👍

Thanks, I use sony alpha 7 IV. Settings are according to the situation... only 1/25 and focus on center always stay the same.
@@MMScaleModels I had a feeling it was Sony camera. What about lens?
Kit lens, nothing special. I would like to upgrade someday but this set up was quite the investment so I'm good

@@aviatorius2601 i will check that. Not really an expert on the matter :)
It's amazing how "weathering" gives everything that three-dimensional perspective.
Yes, details pop
I like the style and techniques... But aircraft do not rust and streaks will follow airflow

While the aircraft is in flight thats true, however, when stationary gravity takes over. That's most notable on the vertical surfaces.
