I hate what GH did to Tony. Turns out he was right. Lucas needed him so many times. Bobbie was torn down the middle because Wiley is her great grandson and with the switch, her grandson. But Julian failed Lucas. I’m glad Lucas remembered Tony was his real father. Why couldn’t Tony have left PC to help Frisco instead of dying? Then he could come back for Lucas. Plus it would have been a good story arc after Bobbie’s death if he and Carly buried the hatchet.
Tony is giving Alan great advice here but he sounds loony, unbalanced and dangerous. He doesn't sound like the voice of reason he used to sound be so I can't blame Alan. Plus, he kidnapped SOMEONE ELSES KID! AJ was crazy when he kidnapped Michael - but at least I got that as the daddy. Tony can care all he wants - but he was NOT family. He handled it wrong and his friends HAD to call him on it. He deserved to be fired.
I can see Tony deserving to be fired, and then possibly ignored - that can be hurtful and damaging enough - but not threatened, attacked, villified by people who had always known him. I could see them demanding to know why he fell from grace, didn't live up to standards, but the smear campaign that followed made them look worse than Tony. Yeah, Tony could have gotten a job away from PC, but he stayed near Lucas. Only a couple of his friends actually took into consideration WHY Tony took someone else's kid. As for the others - I think the reason for Tony's actions and words drew attention to their own shortcomings, which is what Tony points out to Alan here.
I get that Tony did some bad things but I wonder why there wasn't more sympathy for him at this time bc this all happened after losing BJ and then Carly's lies really sent Tony down a dark path.
Tony was right. Michael was shot in the head and in a coma because of Jason and Sonny’s and Carly’s lifestyles. Jason and Carly started all of this with their lies.
Wow, I can't believe how judgemental Tony's friends were. They KNEW him. Alan, Monica, Bobbie and all the Quartermaines had known Tony for YEARS! They should have known he would have never tried to hurt baby Michael. The Q's also should have known what a little psycho Carly was. Even Alan had called her a homewrecker once. They should never have been so hard on Tony during this.
Here is the thing, for everything Tony did, all he did was look like a loon. He made people feel bad for Carly. Now if the truth about Michael being AJ’s son came out around this time then the Quartermaines would have sided with AJ. Michael would have been able to bond with AJ because he was still a little baby.
Oh, Tony needs 'psychological counseling'?? Really? lol No, what he really needs is support from friends (which used to include Alan) and family who used to think more clearly and be non-judgemental until little miss Carly came onto the scene and caused all this trouble for Tony. Geez! .. Sorry, had to comment again as I clicked on this clip
You will see him in a flashback montage. I wonder if Roy Deluca will make a cameo and the funeral though, he was Bobbie’s first love, and he simply left town.
Brad Maul is an amazing actor.
I think General hospital board would have fired anyone that did what Tony did.

You echoed exactly how I feel. I wanted all the same things. 💔
Ironic that Tony would help Alan out later in the year after Alan got addicted to pain pills...
That was his redemption
lmao, he is so Crazy Tony here.
lol, yes, and he is so right. Gonna be lowering a coffin, but not Michael's. AJ is just led to the slaughter. Still makes me sick.

@@teamtony4623 very well said
Never understood why everyone turned against Tony and gave the three stooges a free pass
ikr? neither did I.

I wondered that myself.
At this point 4 years had passed since she died and he never tried to get help, just kept acting looney
Robin Scorpio testified on Tony's behalf she had compassion for him.
@@loriannkeele4328 That's true, and so did Felicia.
Tony looks completely psycho here, but in the last few seconds you can see he is truly heartbroken by all that's happened

I know, it's horrible.
True.

Because he just kept acting bonkers and didn't try to get help

All true, but would you be there for the guy who kidnapped your grandson. But I really blame Carly for everything that happened
ITA. Carly was the one who needed psychological counseling.
Tony needs to come back for Zeman’s memorial.
He was killed off the show years ago.
