I just bought an 057-5 and Engcon EC206. I don’t understand why everyone always acts like they signed a price disclosure contract for any and everything on UA-cam? I paid $83k for my 057-5 with no coupling or buckets. The Engcon was way more than I thought it was going to be… I got the joystick controlled tracks and intergrated grabbers. The tilt rotor starts around $25k but that’s not even close to what you’ll pay cuz you’ll pay $5k just for the coupler, $4k for installation, several thousand for the control unit and joysticks. After all that plus a 47” grading bucket and a 24” digging bucket your now at $44,000.00! I just had to have it though, i was completely obsessed with excavators and tiltrotators since Covid. Only rented 1 tiny excavator for a few hours before buying this. I’m so glad I did, I had no muscle memory to recalibrate and I was pretty proficient after 25 hours or so. After that long you just imagine what you want to do and you don’t really have to think about it your brain just does it. After those 2 buckets I bought 2 cable buckets, a ripper and forks from Steel wrist as they were seriously about a 1/3 less than Engcon plus they actually had them in stock.
I just bought a KX-80 trying to pick a tiltrotator for it.

I just got mine installed and grade assist have u had any probs out of the encog?
Does this tell you what your pitch is or is it all by eye
We are using a traditional laser on this job. So it shows where the elevation is then you use your eye/feel in the machine to connect the dots.
