Hello, I am a new subscriber and I am interested in this Dynam p47 D. I read some reviews on Dynam planes and most of them complain about the retracts being faulty and that all Dynam planes use the same retracts. Did you encounter this problem and if yes do you know of a workaround to solve this problem? Do you know if a better retract system can be installed without much conversion as I am not to verse in this department?
Tail draggers add a bit of complexity when taking off and landing. This flies nice and would probably work, especially with a stabilizer in your receiver or added in series with your control surfaces. Otherwise consider a T-28 from any of several vendors including Dynam's T-28. It has stepped up performance, warbird looks but a tricycle gear and a more forgiving design. Dynam's T-28 works better with 4-cell power.
