Explosive demolition stack fail - 20-09-20

The last chimney stack of the old Gulf Oil Refinery at Waterston in Milford Haven refused to come fully down this afternoon after explosives saw it drop around 10metres before stalling out with a slight lean.
I'd certainly not want to be the person having to go back in there to re-set the next set of explosives.
