- Come on it had to be done! What a triumphant return of Murray Gold with that stunning theme tune. Especially as the theme played in the opening sequence was a tad different to the closing variant with more emphasis on strings than piano in the former.

Love it!
The new theme is great with the funky piano to spice things up. My only nitpick is the rapid breathing sounds being slightly too loud making them a bit of a distraction, like it's trying too hard to be like an ASMR piece. If they were quieter or replaced with an instrument that sounded like a sweeping brush then I'd be okay with it.
Honestly, I kind of like the breath sounds being so prominent, it makes it sound more unusual/ethereal to me. But that's just my personal opinion, I definitely see why people would disagree with me on it.
I love it! It matches the beat and it sounds like maracas not breathing, idk where everyone's getting this 'breathing' from. 😂

Nice :o even if I rather the orchestral version (like 15th theme we heard at the end of The Giggle, with an orchestra, I prefer '^' )
