Fix This

This happens if you go fast during the section after exiting the tunnels, but not fast enough. If it takes you between 1:12 and 1:20 between spawning the first scarab and spawning the second scarab, it will disappear. If you go faster than that or slower than that it will stay.
So, if you want to guarantee that it never happens, wait about 10 seconds before going up the stairs at the marine hold out. Or go a little faster during speedrun attempts and it wont happen either.
