The problem for AiG is that there aren't any answers in Genesis. The writers saw things around them, concluded they must have been created somehow, and then set an order of creation, which they got wrong. They missed a lot of stuff (bacteria, insects, arachnids etc.), some because they didn't know about them, some for no obvious reason. Then they retold some previously recorded stories putting their own twist on stuff, but in a way that could not possibly have happened.

I read somewhere (so subject to verification) that for humans to not end up so inbred as to become nonviable as a species with little hope of long-term survival, you would need over 70 mating pairs that were as distantly related as possible. The little boy aisle :~D Someone in the UK decided that jeans with a 28 inch waist were a ridiculous thing to offer to adult men so all the cheap and cheerful jeans now start at waist 30. In regards to the What Do You Meme bit on incest, the way I heard it explained was based on that idea that “things were just different pre-flood” and that Eve and these early humans had heavy-loaded genetic diversity that God changed once the population was far enough along.
