Balbonesi is and Italian name. Google it and you’ll see. However John Valbonesi lives in Scotland and had a Scottish accent. Therefore he is a Scottish.

Fun watching the banter between these guys... Having been a trainer and a current LMT the form when lifting as well as using the bike at higher tension concerned me... Easy way to get hurt with not good form.
